2Excavation of declines beyond XX mRL(balance part of IVRCL contract )to (-)60mRL in North of 5.5 m width x 5 m height of arch shape (height of sides 4m and centre 5m) at 1 in 7 gradient, with 300 mm deep, 300mm wide RCC (M 20 nominal) drain, water line (2” GI) with 1 inch audco plug valve at an Interval of 200m distance, hanger above 3.5 m height to avoid any accidental damage for laying pipes and cables on the drain side, light fittings of 70-90 W LED bulb at 6m. intervaland manholes as per MMR 1961 including drilling, blasting, dewatering at any extent, muck removal and disposal at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks andground supportby resin grouted rock bolts of 2.4m long, 1.2m grid of 22mm torsteel with 150x150x6 mm bearing plate and 150 mm threaded tightened with nutin rows as perSSR and design approved by theengineer incharge.
3RCC: Providing, transmitting, placing of nominal RCC of 300 mm thickness of M-25 grade nominal (in conformity with IS: 456) for miscellaneous excavations including providing, fixing, and removal of steel shuttering plates, staging, centering, cutting, bending, binding, fixing, welding including carriage of steel reinforcement, vibrating of concrete, inclusive of all labour, material, reinforcement steel, incidental charges etc. complete as per the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge
4Conveyor Drives: Excavation of three nos. of conveyor drives at a gradient of 1 in 100 of 4.0m.(w)X3.0m.(H) towards the crusher from north, south & central crushers to surge bins near Production Shaft including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal, RCC M 20 nominal drain of 300 mm x 300 mm (width x depth) for full length of drive, water line (2” GI) with 1 inch audco plug valve at an Interval of 200m distance, hanger above 2.5 m height to avoid any accidental damage for laying pipes and cablesc(hangers for cable and pipes will be on opposite side), light fittings of 70-90 W LED bulb at every 6 m interval, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks and ground supportby resin grouted rock bolts of 2.4m long, 1.2m grid of 22mm torsteel with 150x150x6 mm bearing plate and 150 mm threaded tightened with nutin rows as perSSR and design approved by theengineer incharge.
5Main Drives: Excavation of main drives of 5.5 m wide x 4.0 m high) at various levels including drilling, blasting, muck removal, dewatering to any extent and disposal at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal/shaft top, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks, RCC M 20 nominal drain of 300 mm x 300 mm (width x depth) for full length of drive, water line (2” GI) with1 inch audco plug valve at an Interval of 200m distance, hanger above 3.0 m height to avoid any accidental damage for laying pipes and cablesopposite to cross-cut, light fittings of 70-90 W LED bulb at every 6 m interval and manholes as per MMR 1961 andground supportby resin grouted rock bolts of 2.4m long, 1.2m grid of 22mm torsteel with 150x150x6 mm bearing plate and 150 mm threaded tightened with nutin rows as perSSR and design approved by theengineer incharge.
6Drives/Crosscuts/Draw points: Excavation of extraction drives (165 mRL, 90 mRL, 15 mRL & -60 mRL), crosscuts and draw points of following sizes at different levels including drilling, blasting, muck removal, dewatering at any extent and disposal at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal/shaft top, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks, proper drain for full length of drive, water line (2” GI) with1 inch audco plug valve at an Interval of 200m distance, manholes as per MMR 1961 and ground support by resin grouted rock bolts of 2.4m long, 1.2m spacing in a row and 1.2m spacing within two rows of rockbolts of 22mm torsteel with 150x150x6 mm bearing plate and 150 mm threaded tightened with nut as perSSR and design approved by theengineer incharge.

10Excavation of an inclined drive (Gradient 1 in 15) of5.5m (W)X 4 m.(H) from -60 mRL to connect withthe shaft bottom of NVS.
11Constructionof 3m dia. raisesmax. 75m. height including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal/shaft, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks. Final dimension will be as per drawing / instruction from engineer incharge.
12Ore Pass (1 raise to be made by connecting level to level interval of 60-70 m): Drop raisingof circular unlined ore pass of 3.00 m diameter from level to level and connect them for smooth flow of ore including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal of muckat surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal/shaft, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks from main/intermediate levels to (-) 60 mRL as per approved drawing. The raise will be aligned along a common centre line. It is further clarified that there should not be devation of ore pass by +/- 5% by size .
13Waste Pass (1 raise to be made by connecting level to level interval of 60-70 m):Drop raisingof circular unlined ore pass of 3.00 m diameterfrom level to level and connect them for smooth flow of waste including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal of muck at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal/shaft, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks from main/intermediate levels to (-) 60 mRL as per approved drawing. The raise will be aligned along a common centre line. It is further clarified that there should not be devation of waste pass by +/- 5% by size .
14Fork Raises: Inclined fork raises of 3m x 3m ofconnecting ore/waste pass at main levels dipping at 60° to 70° of maximum length of 30 m each including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal of muck at surfacewithin a distance of 1.5 kmradius from portal/shaft, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock from main/intermediate levels to (-) 60 mRL as per approved drawing
15Fabricationand installation of grizzly (3mx3m) of 800 mm mesh size as per approved design including cost of steel.
16Large Excavations: Underground Excavations for Crusher Chamber (1 no of 2000 cum each.), substation (5 nos.of 300-600 cumeach.), bins (ROM/waste and surge) 3 nos.of 1500 cumeach, sump (2 nos of 1000-1500 cum each.), pump house(2 nos of 300-500 cum each),(Actual excavation as per approved drawing) ore/waste rock loading stations in each draw level etc. including drilling, blasting, muck removal, dewatering to any extent and disposal to surface, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock,as per design approved by theengineer incharge.
17Excavation of decline of 4.0 m width x 3.5 m height 1 in 7 gradient from (-) 60 m RL to shaft bottom (-) 110 mRL, with 300 mm deep, 300mm wide RCC (M 20 nominal) drain, water line (2” GI) with 1 inch audco plug valve at an Interval of 200m distance, hanger at 3.5 m height to lay pipes and cables on drail side, light fittings at every 6 m interval and manholes as per MMR 1961including drilling, blasting, muck removal, dewatering at any extent and disposal at surface within a distance of 1.5 km radius from portal, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks and ground supportby resin grouted rock bolts of 2.4m long, 1.2m spacing in a row and 1.2m spacing within two rows of rockbolts of 22mm torsteel with 150x150x6 mm bearing plate and 150 mm threaded tightened with nutin rows as perSSR and design approved by theengineer incharge.
