| 2 | Operation of Substation Operation of 132/33KV Substation Bindki round the clock in 03 shift of 08:00 hours each comprising I.T.I. in Electrical trade as T.G.-II/SSO (04 No.) with knowledge of computer application and operation of substation equipment including D.G. set etc. as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE and CLDS/ALDS along with recording of operational activities system information/Date message etc for the period of 1 month with cost of men required for the job (01 job for one month) (Annexure A-1) |

| 6 | Regular maintenance of Lawn/flower vases (both side of road from main gate of substation tocontrol room/switchyard) including proper cutting of grass, hedges, ornamental plants/ trees , seasonal flower etc. along with maintenance of trees. Plants/hedges along the roads between main gate to control room/store at substation to keep them healthy & green including replacement of aired plants, grass, seasonal flowers etc. for the period of one month with all cost of man, material and T&P etc. required for completion of job. |
| 7 | Grass cutting & cleaning of switchyard, store, colony premises, face area of substation premises and offices etc. four time andSpraying of round-up/glycol one time in a year of this substation under ETD-Fatehpur including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bushes and scrapping of grass above 2cm over ground level. Collection of foreign materials, Kankar, Ballast, Pebbles, waste papers etc. Removal of rubbish and throwing it outside the periphery of substation premises including cleaning of drainage and other associated minor works also if required to complete the work satisfactorily |

| 11 | Maintenance of fire fighting equipments along with 2x12Ton split air conditioning system installed at 132KV substation Bindki under ETD-Fatehpur. This work including maintenance ofspares/ /refrigerants/gas/duct and labor etc. of AC system and refilling of all CO2 cylinder, Foam type cylinder of various capacity with proper maintenance of connected pipes of these cylinderwith all associated works as per standard and technical specification. |
