    Tender Details

    Marine Services-Ss And Ostt J-Payment For Boat / Barge / Vessel Supplied Will Be Paid On Actual Time Utilised By Hpcl For Sts Operations. The Payment Will Be Made For Utilised Time Consisting Of 24 Hours. The Time Shall Count From The Time Hpcl Personnel / Representatives / Flexible Hoses Boarded The Boat / Barge / Vessel And Till All Of Them Are Brought Back To Destination After Entire Transshipment Operation Is Completed. If The Duration Is Less Than 24 Hours, Half Payment Will Be Paid For 12 Hours Of Boat / Barge / Vessel Utilisation. Work Less Than Or Equal To 6 Hours Will Be Ignored And More Than 6 Hours Will Be Rounded Off To 12 Hours. Vendor Is Required To Quote The All Inclusive Rate, Taxes If Any For 24 Hours Duration In This Tender Document. It Has To Be Ensured By The Vendor That Hoses Have Been Shifted To And From Or Jetty Without Being Hindered By The Movements Of Other Vessels. Sufficient Manpower Needs To Be Supplied For The Same. No Extra Payment Would Be Paid For Additional Manpower / Resources If Due To Insufficient Manpower Or Other Facilities, Vendor Is Unable To Load / Unload The Hoses In The Stipulated Time.The Boat / Barge Will Be At The Disposal Of Hpcl Officer During The Entire Period Of Transshipment Operation. Barge Operator Shall Take Instructions From Hpcl Officer Regarding Shifting Hoses, Movement Of Hpcl Personnel, Hpcl Representatives, Sts Manpower, Agents, Surveyors, Custom / Port Authorities Etc. And Shall Act With Due Diligence In Completing The Activities As Instructed.Detailed Scope Will Be As Per The Tender Document. Please Refer, Launch Hire Services For Landing Of Gangway For Embarking And Disembarking Of Personnel From / To Vessel, Ship To Ship Transfer Operations
