| 1 | SUPPLY OF LPG PIPES FOR for 3 way valve fixing: Complete procurement and supply on door delivery basis at LPG Bottling Plant-Gurgaon including all taxes, duties, packing, loading, transportation, unloading at site, transit insurance, TPI Inspection, but not limited to the following itemsin accordance with relevant specifications indicated in scope of work, in SCC, drawings, specifications, data sheets and instructions of Engineer-in-charge and as per all provisions of the CONTRACT DOCUMENT Supply, transportation, handling, laying, welding, bolting, testing & commissioning of pipes of following sizes, as perASTM A 106, Gr. B, SEAMLESS SIZE 150 mm Pipeline Sch 40 including cutting, edge preparation ofpipes, aligning, positioning, welding and laying the pipe above ground on pedestal and underground at the road crossing, connecting with necessary forged fittings complete such as Flanges, Reducers, Tees, Bends, Branching, Padding etc. and making connection from receip line from TLD and Gail to the delivery suction line of Vessels as per enclosed drawing, painting and commissioning the piping system complete. Radiography testing of 100% of welding joints to be carried out.Hydraulic test @ 30.0 Kg/cm2 for 04 hour for the pipelines is necessary. All pipes and joints above ground are to be painted as per detailed specifications enclosed. | 11 | PRICE SCHEDULE - SERVICE /WORKS ( Works /Services like making field engineering & preparing construction drawings, handling, fabrication, laying , associated civil/structural works ,installation, erection,testing ,commissioning of all equipments ,Obtaining approved welder and preparing & submission of isometric drawings, related Drawings etc complete as per direction of site in charge as built drawings/data sheets etc of new fire fighting system.LPG Pipes Erection for Fixing of 3 way valve on TLD/Gail receipt line (A/G):Receiving and taking over of all Owner supplied materials from Owner\"s designated place(s) of issue, transportation including loading, unloading, handling from Owner\"s /bidder\"s designated place(s) to work site(s)/ work shop(s) including arranging all necessarystorage area(s) thereof, as required; supply of all materials, equipment, consumables and painting as defined in bidder\"s scope of supply and their transportation to the work site(s); performing all above ground piping fabrication works including cutting,edge preparation (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipes, fittings etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven/ different thickness wherever required) including fabrication of all required fittings viz. mitre bends, tees etc. from pipes, fit up, bending, pre-heating wherever required, welding, threading etc.; erection of pipes of all types and thickness over sleepers, overhead on racks and at all elevations; hook-up with existing header, equipments etc, fittings of all sizes i.e.elbows, reducers, tees fabricated from pipes at site, \"blind flanges, bolts, studs and nuts of all sizes; cleaning and flushing, carrying out hydrostatic test at 15 kg/cm2 (g) (minimum 1.50 times the design pressure) ,carrying out 10% non-destructive testing of each size such as radiography by gamma ray, and 100% liquid penetration etc., pre-commissioning and commissioning; clean-up and restoration of site, preparation of documents and project records; transportation of surplus free issue materials to Owner\"s designated place(s);completing all works in all respects as per the AFC drawings, specifications, standards and other provisions of Contract and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.3 way Valves/gear operated ball vales/, strainer etc. Erection: Handling including lifting and transportation from Owner\"s/ bidder\"s own storage yard to work site and installation of all types of valves( CS Gate, Ball, Triple Offset Butterfly Valves etc.),strainerby bolting, threading or welding,including insertion/ erection of matching companion flanges, metallic gaskets, fasteners, nuts & bolts, etc. on either side of flanged valve at all elevations of pipe sleepers, supports or overhead on racks, equipments nozzle, pumps & painting etc. supply of all consumables, manpower, equipment, etc. for completion of all works as per scope of work and as per drawings, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge including servicing/ cleaning of valves wherever requried.all consumable items shall be as per specification of tender document. |
