| 4 | "Emergency work charges for Mechanical Supervisor shall be payable only in case: 1) For each hour or part of an hour worked beyond 12 hours from Monday to Friday (i.e., 10 hours normal working + 02 hours overtime per day) and beyond 12 hours on saturday. 2) Work is executed on Sunday." |
