1Earth work excavation for foundation structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work inOrdinary soil, Mechanical means using Hydraulic excavator (Depth upto 3 m), including all lead, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
2Earth work excavation for foundation structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work in Marshy soil, Mechanical means using Hydraulic excavator (Depth upto 3 m) including dewatering, including all lead, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
3Providing and filling in foundation with granite/ trap broken metal 100 mm and down size & with approved sand including hand packing, ramming,watering, including cost of all materialsand labour with all lead and lift complete as per specifications etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
4Providing and laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation using granite/ trap/ basalt aggregatesand clean sieved approved fine aggregates including mixing mechanically, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick layers, as per Drawing (Excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges), Using Concrete Mixer, PCC M15 using 40 mm and down size, including all lead, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, cost of all materials, formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, hire charges of all machineries transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
5Providing and laying PCC/ RCC mix in substructure as per drawing using granite/ trap/ basalt aggregates of 40/20 mm and downsize and clean sieved approved fine aggreagates form work, scafolding, mixing mechanically, laid in layers of 15 cms thick in each layer, well compacted, centering, vibrating,curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete. RCC M30 (using 20 mm & down size) (i) Using concrete mixer. Height 5 m to 10 m, including all lead, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
6Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonry/ Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall/ with 100 mm dia AC pipe, fixing in position in C.M. 1:3 with collar and clamp extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV : 2H towards drawing force as per drwaing including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
7Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drwaing including cost of all materials, labour, watering, transporting, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
8Back filling behind abutment, wing wall, return wall and foundation trenches as per drawing in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting deposited material by plate compactor / power rammer after duly watering to achieve the desired degree of compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, transpotation, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
9Providing TMT Steel bar reinforcement confirming to IS-1786, Fe-500grade designation in substructure including straightening bars, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality binding wire after placing in positio, tying, lapping and / or welding wherever required and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary as per drwaing (laps, hooks and wastages shall not be paid measured and paid) including cost of all materials, bar bending charges, labour, lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
10Providing and constructing gabian structure for erosion control, river training works and protection works with wire crates of size 2m x 1 m x 0.3m each divided into 1 m comparments by cross netting, made from 4 mm galvanised steel wire @ 32 kg per 10 sqm having minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa confirming to IS:280 and galvanizing coating confirming to IS:4826, woven into mesh with double twist, mesh size not exceeding 100 mm x 100 mm, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, all loose ends to be securely tied with 4 mm galvanised steel wire, complete as per drwaing, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
11Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, consolidation by vibratory roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges off all machineries etc., complete as per table 300-2 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
12Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing, including cost of all materials, labour, tranporting, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
13Construction of Granular sub-base by providing, laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, gurading, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete. (Compacted Thickness) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
14Construction of Wet Mix Macadum by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12 & 13, mixing in a Wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface using Motor Grader to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete with lead of mixed material up to 1 km. (Compacted Thickness) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
15Providing and applying primer coat with Slow Setting bitumen (SS-I) emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make on prepared surface of granular BAse such as WBM, WMM including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying using Bitumen Pressure Distributor, uniformly at the rate as per Table 500-1, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
16Providing and applying Tack Coat as per Table 500-5 on prepared surface using Rapid Setting Bituminous (RS-1) Emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
17Providing and layingDense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates as per table 500-8,9,10 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2 % by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 Grade (VG-30) in Batchmix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface withPaver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compactionexcluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness) Grading - II : compacted thickness(26.50 mm nominal size) @ 4.5% Bitumen, Using 40-60 TPH Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver finisher, Using Cement as Filler Material @ 2% weight of aggregates,Grading 2 with 4.50 % Bitumen, 50-75 mm compacted thickness (26.50 mm nominal size),Using Bitumen 30/40 Grade (VG-40) including cost of all materials, all lead & Lift, including all lead for Bitumen, carraige of mixed material to site, loading & unloading, stacking, all labour charges, hire charges of all machineries etc,. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of Work
18Bitumious concrete using Plastomeric Thermoplastic (Waste Plastic) : Providing and laying using Plastomeric Thermoplastic (Waste Plastic additive at 8% bitumen) crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-16,17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates premixed with bituminous binder using plastomeric thermoplastic (as per IRC SP53 & IRC SP 98) in Batch /Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness),Using 80-100 TPH Hot Mix Plant with Paver Finisher Hydrostatic with sensor control, Grading -2 with 5.40% Bitumen 30-45 mm, compacted thickness (13.20 mm nominal size), Using VG - 40 Grade Bitumen, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, except lead for Bitumen, all lead for cement, with all lead of mixed material, ect., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
19Providing & laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete M15 (1:2:4) in substructure/ superstructure upto 5 mtrs, using granite/trap/ basalt aggregates 20 mm and down size and clean sieved approved fine aggregates including mixing mechanically in Concrete Mixer laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick layers, as per Drawing (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges)including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating, compacting, hire charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
