Tender For Empanelling Retired Las Officers, Hcs Officers, Judicial Officers Including District Sessions Judge/Additional District Sessions Judge, Town Planners, Engineers (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical) And Architects To Secure Professional Services In Their Respective Domain Knowledge To Conduct Investigation Inquiry Into The Affairs Of Promoter Or Allottee Or The Real Estate Agent, As The Case May Be And With A View To Ensure The Compliance Of The Provisions Of The Real Estate (Regulation And Development) Act, 2016, The Haryana Real Estate (Regulation And Development) Rules, 2017 And Regulation Made There Under Or For Engaging On Work Assignment Basis As And When Required. In Case Of Engagement On Contract Basis, The Emoluments Will Be Paid On The Formula Of Last Pay Drawn Minus Uncommuted Pension And In Case Of Work Assignment The Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On Nature Of Work Assigned By The Authority.
