7	Providing and fixing single layer ofLRB mattresses of base rockwool( of density 128 kg/cum)in required thickness over the technological equipments like columns, vessels, pipes,flanges,fittings,ducts,horton spheres, storage tanks etc.,including cleaning of the surface with wire brush, fixing the insulation mattresses in position and securing the same properly, excluding scaffolding etc. all complete with tools, tackles, materials such asself tapping screws, lacing, binding, stitching wire, labour etc.complete in accordance with the specifications laid down in the contractand in the latest IS standards as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

9	Providing and Fixing cladding with new Aluminium plain /corrugatedsheets of the following gauge. The job includes cutting, bending and grooving to proper shape, size and fixing with proofing tar felt between the sheet overlap/joint,securing with metallic overlap/joint,securing with metallic bands wherever required at any height with alllabour , all materials including cladding sheets, etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Payment shall bemade on the area of the finished surface).

11	ERECTION & DISMANTLING OF STEEL SCAFFOLDING
12	Job involves erection of scaffolding at the required locations using 1-1/2 inch dia steel tubular pipes with suitable clamping arrangement, providing steel gratings at the required locations firmly tied on to the scaffolding pipes, removal of the steel gratings & scaffolding materials on completion of the job.
13	The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, collection & transportation of steel scaffolding materials &steel gratings from the owner"s storage point to the work site and back to owner"s storage point. Same scaffolding erected shall be used for both painting and insulation.
