| 1 | Schedule - "A" Design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of FRP prefabricated packaged wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of 50 KLD capacity (from reputed manufacturers of make of Daiki Axis /Fontus /Ion Exchange/ Thermax, sintex, envisol, bankabioloo or equivalent approved make to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with MBBR Technology having treatment process with sedimentation and separation chamber, anaerobic contact media chamber, moving bed chamber (AEROBIC), sedimentation chamber, recirculation of accumulated sludge from sedimentation to 1st chamber, disinfectant chamber, clarified water tank, tertiary treatment processes: pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter. including all E&M and civil works for WWTPsuch asinstallation of plant/system i/c cost of excavation, preparation of foundation and making good after installation etc. complete in all respect and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge to make the system functional WWTPs shall also be operated and maintained for a period of one year (free of cost)during defect liability period (DLP) after successful testing and commissioning. An amount equal to 15% of Schedule “A” amount shall be withheld for such one year of operation and maintenance during DLP. All consumables and chemicals required for operation, routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance and testing for outlet parameters shall also be borne by the agency during DLP 10% of which shall be released after completion of DLP but after deposition/submission of guarantee bond @ 10% of Schedule ’A’ of the Agreement and rest 5% shall be released on completion of the entire O&M period. The FRP WWTP should be portable and shall conform to manufacturer"s specifications. For designing purpose, inlet parameters to be considered are: pH : 6.5-8.5BOD :250-350 mg/ltr. Total TSS : 250-350mg/ltr. COD: 400-500 mg / ltr.Fecal Coliform(FC) MPN/100ml:> 10**7MPN/100mL. AND Treated Wastewater Quality shall be: pH: 5.5-9BOD:< 10 mg/ltr. TSS : < 10 mg/ltr. | 2 | Sechdule -"B" COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE of WWTP of 50 KLD capacity and all other allied works/structures etc. created under the contract for a period of 9 years after expiry of defect liability period//free service period of 12 months on commissioning of WWTPs including all cost of labour, consumables, chemicals, repair/replacement of E&M parts, testing of outlet parameters etc. as required. Year wise amount to be quoted in this BOQ. Payment to be shall be released on quarterly on pro rata bases. No payment shall be made on account of any escalation of prices. Duties during O&M, plant shall be run 24/7. Adequate operators to be provided for proper plant operation. Treated water quality target should be monitored by random sampling. The scope of item includes monthly comprehensive maintenance for the WWTP (i/c tertiary treatment) including all spares supply and consumables. Electricity supply for the plant will be provided by DDA. The O&M will commence from one year from the commissioning date. The contractor to submit Bank Guarantee (BG) at the end of defect liability period of one yearfor an amount equivalent to yearly O&M amount before release of 1st RA Bill for O&M. The security deposit @ 2.5% deducted shall be released after completion of maintenance period of 10 years to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Noncompliance of O&M requirements shall make the agency liable for recovery from the security deposit and/or BG with DDA.(As per NIT document) 2nd Year |
