Serial No 03-Training Of Nallah By Way Of Resectioning, Auction And Removal Of Shoal Comprising Of Earth, Soil Mixed With Moram Kankar, Pebbles, Sand, , Bajri, Boulder ( River Bed Material ) By Mechanical Means ( Hydraulic Excavator ) Including Leveling. Dressing Complete To Entire Satisfaction Of Departmentas Per Requirement At Site As Per Proposal Envisaged. The Excavated Material So Available Shall Become The Property Of Agency To Be Disposed Off Of His Own Outside The Periphery Of The Nallah And Areas Restricted. In Addition, The Agency Has To Pay Royality Towards Geology And Mining Department As Applicable In Addition To The Bid Amount. The Agency Shall Also Be Responsible For Any Damages Caused During Execution To The Government Or Public Property. ( Rates To Be Quoted By The Bidder )
