The Nominal Height Of The Work Top Shall Be 750Mm. Supports / Gable Ends And Table Top Shall Be Fabricated Out Of 19Mm Commercial Plywood ( Mr Grade ) . Modesty Panel Shall Be Included. Table Shall Be Finished With Decorative Laminate ( Matt / Swede ) On Top & Visible Sides And Balancing Laminate On Other Sides. The Circumference Of Table Top Edge Shall Be Fitted With At Least 50Mm Wide X 19Mm Thick Plywood Or Finished Wooden Moulding On The Lower Side. All Visible Edges Of The Table Top, Supports, Etc. Shall Be Sealed With Decorative Laminate / Pvc Edge Binding Tape Or Finished Moulding, As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. Wooden Leg Supports Shall Be Provided At Corners. ( Plywood Sheets Used Shall Mandatorily Carry Bis Certification ) As Per The Drawing At AnnexureC Of Tender Document. 2 Fabrication, Finishing And Providing Of Presentation Podium / Lectern Having Modesty Panel And Gable Ends Made From Walnut Planks With Wood Carving. The Angled Top Surface Shall Not Be Less Than 600Mm X 400Mm With Paper Stop For Notes. The Lectern Shall Have Open Storage Shelves - 02 Nos. The Height Shall Not Be Less Than 1100Mm. Castor Wheels With Brakes Shall Be Provided At The Bottom For Easy Movement. 3 Fabrication, Providing Of Tv Stand / Credenza With Followingminimum Specifications:- Material: 19Mm Commercial Plywood ( Mr Grade ) For Frame, 12Mm Ply For Drawers; 06Mm Ply For Back Side; Front, Top And Sides Of The Unit Shall Be Covered With Matt Finish Decorative Laminate.- Size: 54Width X 16Depth X 30 Height ( ± 2 Tolerance For Width ) - Storage Space: 03 Nos. Adjacent Drawers On Top, 02 Nos. Name of Work: Providing of fixtures and furniture for Conference/ meting hall at Mechanical Circle I&FC Department, Srinagar.

1	Fabrication, finishing, providing and positioning of extensible racetrack type conference table of size 168"x 60" for a boardroom layout. The nominal height of the work top shall be 750mm. Supports/ gable ends and table top shall be fabricated out of 19mm Commercial plywood (MR Grade). Modesty panel shall be included. Table shall be finished with decorative laminate (matt/ swede) on top & visible sides and balancing laminate on other sides. The circumference of table top edge shall be fitted with at least 50mm wide x 19mm thick plywood or finished wooden moulding on the lower side. All visible edges of the table top, supports, etc. shall be sealed with decorative laminate/ PVC edge binding tape or finished moulding, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Wooden leg supports shall be provided at corners. (plywood sheets used shall mandatorily carry BIS certification) As per the Drawing at Annexure"C" of Tender Document.
2	Fabrication, finishing and providing of presentation podium/ lectern having modesty panel and gable ends made from walnut planks with wood carving. The angled top surface shall not be less than 600mm x 400mm with paper stop for notes. The lectern shall have open storage shelves - 02 nos. The height shall not be less than 1100mm. Castor wheels with brakes shall be provided at the bottom for easy movement.
3	Fabrication, providing of TV stand/ credenza with following minimum specifications: - Material: 19mm commercial plywood (MR grade) for frame, 12mm ply for drawers; 06mm ply for back side; front, top and sides of the unit shall be covered with matt finish decorative laminate. - Size: 54"width x 16"Depth x 30" height (± 2" tolerance for width) - Storage space: 03 nos. adjacent drawers on top, 02 nos. closed cabinets with doors & centre open cabinet with shelf. - Castor Wheels (with brakes) to be provided at bottom for movement. - Allied fittings: handles/ knobs drawer channel, magnetic catcher & locks for closed cabinets and drawer units, hinges for cabinet. As per the Drawing at Annexure"C" of Tender Document.
