2Providing and laying dressed Cobble stone flooring using Sand Stone cobble ofsize ranging from 100 mm to 150 mm with average depth of 100 mm for cobble stone pavement over a bed of 40mm mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) as per design and pattern and maintain proper slope. The joint of the stone should be not be more than 15 mm wide with recessed pointing in 1:3 cement mortar. Including all lead & lift complete as per design.
3Making Heritage style Jharokha Big (size 900x900x2100 mm) with two stone pillars and dome shaped canopy including decorative stone jali 50 to 70mm thick. Decorative carved as per design provided in cement or Lime mortar complete in all respect.
4Making Heritage style Jharokha small (size 450x450x1200 mm) with two stone pillars and dome shaped canopy including decorative stone jali 50 to 70mm thick. Decorative carved as per design provided in cement or Lime mortar complete in all respect.
5Making Heritage style Chhatris on Column of size 600x600x900 with four stone pillars and dome shaped canopy. Decorative carved as per design provided in cement or Lime mortar complete in all respect.
