Total project Builtup area includes following components:Residential Units, Shops under building, Building components like lift, staircase, balcony, chajja, walls, lift room, pump and meter room, common passages, society office, stilt level and Non-Residential remnants, the stilt protion, the actual area under staircase, lift well, underground tank, society office, servant\"s toilet and remaining stilt area will be included.The area calculations for payment shall be got certified / approved fromMHDC & PMC. In case of any dispute regarding Carpet Area Calculation, the decision of M.D. & C.E.O, MHDC shall be final and binding on contractor. Total BUA=1,06,788 ( Residential )+ 0.00 (Commercial )=1,06,788 Sq.m.Note: Minimum Carpet area has to be achieved as per tender drawing, specifications,documents & area statement (mentioned in Vol. I & Vol. II) only. |
