1Dismantling structural steel work including hangar doors, gates, framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directedNotes:(i) Removing/Dismantling of Hangar doors shall be done in such a way that the rest ofhangar structure and flooring/dispersal shall be intact and safe. Any of the disturbance/ deformity occuredin hangarstructure and flooring shall be contractor\"s liability and contractor will have to make it good without any extra cost to the Department.(ii) Suitable support and scaffolding etc to the framed truss and structure to be provided during the work.
2S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including hangar door stoppers with distance pieces, plates, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed
3Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in hangar doorscomplete all as specified and as directed
4S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as inhangar doors, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed
5Designing,supplying,fabrication,installation,erection,testing and commissioning of motorized sliding hangar door including guide rails (top & bottom ) as per foundation designed ,rollers,stoppers etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-ChargeNote: (The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for thefollowing)(i) The contractor will get the design and drawing of hangar doors approved and vetted by one of the IIT/ Govt Engineering college for approval of GE. (ii) The contractor will carry out the hangar doors work based on the drawings and design approved and vetted by one of theIIT/ Govt Engineering college(iii) The work shall be executed by the contractor through the specialist Hangar door firms having the experience minimum 05 years of similar nature of works. (iv) Memorundum of understanding (MOU) in between both the parties alongwith 05 years experience certificate shall be uploaded alongwith technical bid (Cover 1)
6(v) The motorized hangar door shall be designed to suite the existing leaf and sliding pattern for existing hangar opening and in line with required interlocking ,overlapping arrangements with each other.(vi) Appropriate hangar door stoppers are to be provided wherever required to restrict the lateral movement of hangar doors.(vii) Precoated corrugated galvalume sheet will be measured and paid separately.(viii) Epoxy anti corrosive enamel painting will be measured and paid separately.(ix) The contractor shall stand guarantee to the Government for period of TEN YEARS from the date of completion of work for item No.5 of BOQ for maintenance. The main contractor shall furnish written guarantee for the above in favour of Garrison Engineer immediately on completion of this work.(x) For this particular contract guarantee amount shall be calculated @ 2% of the total cost worked out vide serial item No.5 of BOQ Part I at contract rates enhanced by 25%. This amount shall be retained by the Govt. as Security Deposit for the entire guarantee period from the contractor’s dues. The amount shall be released after successful expiry of the guarantee period.
7(xi) Provision of electrically operated motorized drive system ,suitable for hangar door of required size consist of Idler breaking assembly .Manual De-clutching assembly ,foundation base,weather proof enclosure of motor gear unit IP 55 control panel with safety features like MCB ,MPCB,variable speed drive obstacle beam detector emergency stop key selectors ,LED push buttons with function of (Forward-Reverse-stop),auto power cut limit switch hooter cum flesher 70 DB,safety anti crushing swtiches ,festoon assemblies ,cable carrier rope wires tightner,elect cables ,buffers at the end of each panel to work as shock observer also protect from dust and weather and all connected accessories.(xii) Cost of all connected copper armoured cable ,sub main wiring of required size,length including MCB.
8Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors,below ground and pavings exceeding 15 cm thickness as per the design including removal of debris to a distance exceeding 1 km and not exceeding 5 km complete all as specified and as directedNotes:-(i) The RCC/PCC pavement shall cut with diamond wheel cutter to provide a pressure relief cut within the patch area prior to boundary sawing in proper rectangular,square or traingular shape without disturbing adjacent slab.(ii) Any deformity/disturbance occured in adjacent slabs during demolition process shall be make good without any extra cost to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
9M&L for provision of RCC foundation having flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm using minimum 400 Kg of cement/Cum as per design mix including mixing of non circular synthetic polyester fibre reinforcement@ 1Kg/cum all as per design mix, laid and finished however in narrow width to match with existing surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Notes:(The unit ratequoted is deemed to be included for the following)(i) The contractor will get the foundation designed for hangar door and get it approved and vetted by one of the IIT/Govt Engineering college. (ii) Supply of non circular synthetic polysterfibre as secondary reinforcement and supply of bottom track / rail shall be measured and paid separately(iii) All joints shall be measured and paid separately.(vi) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix ,nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same.
10(vii) Finishing including brooming shall be carried out strictly as perinstructions laid down by manufacturer.(viii) The finishes of top surface shall be matched with existing surface /floor/dispersal and proper slope shall be maintained with existing.
11Supply only non circular synthetic polysterfiber reinforcement all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed
12M&L for forming dummy/contraction joints 100mm deep and 8mm to 10mm wide at spacing not more than 4m c/c in concrete pavement and sealing the joints with polyurethene based sealant Seal N flex FC (grey colour) over a coat of N49 primer including bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions up to 15mm deep and 8mm thick over 12mm dia polythene rod over 70mm depth bituminous filler board after priming the concrete sides with two coats of primer shall be applied with a thin brush by the forward and backward movement before pouring the sealent with primer of same make complete all as specified and as directedNotes: (The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for following)(i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the time of final cutting.(ii) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting. (iii) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days (iv) Provision of masking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required
13M&L for preparing new surfaces of iron and steel applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anti-corrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length,bent to shape required ,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,beams and foundation,hooking ends and binding with and inlcuding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed
