De-scaling of 135 TR chiller air conditioning plant-I installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of holding of all butterfly valves of condenser line, opening of front & rear header of condenser unit, circulating of de-scaling chemical in tubes with the help of special type of water pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by using bristled brush, rodding oftubes of condenser, circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, closing of front and rear header of condenser and supplying of water through butterfly valves. Job includes repairs to plant by way replacement of old compressor oil with new oil-32ltrs by draining out complete old compressor oil and replacement of drier core-04no in place of old damaged ones then topping up of compressor withrefrigerant 40kg (approx.) Job includes testing and calibration of motherboard controller for accurate monitoring & controlling of plant parameters. Testing of chiller air conditioning plant on no load and on full load. Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, skilled labour and all handling charges, taxes and allied works upto testing.
