5Supplying & laying in repair includingtesting ofXLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, HT UG electric cable in trenches/wall/cable tray/saddling/GI pipe or specified as per site requirement with stranded aluminum conductor 11 KV grade of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperately

24S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colourand fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size,forHT 25x20 cm size all as specified & as directed.
25Testing of HT UG cable by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v / 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having minimum length of 1500 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Insingle stretch having minimum length 1500 RM whatsoever Nos of fault shall be paid as each job
26Testing of HT UG cable by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v / 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having length more than 1500 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Insingle stretch havinglength more than 1500 RM whatsoever Nos of fault shall be paid as each job
27Supply & fix in repairs Phase indication lamp LED type of colour complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for testing of resistance of earthpits of transformer,panels etc after testing the report shall be furnished in standard format approved by Engineer-in Charge.
29Disconnecting HT supply and taking out defective trolley of 33 KV VCB 400/630/800 Amps of any make and type, servicing of trolley of VCB by cleaning isolating contacts moving parts removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repairs to motor change spring mechanismtightening of nut and bolts of entire trolley components all as directed inserting in trolley testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as specified and as directed.
30All as per item No. 21 here in before, but for 11 KV VCB all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item No 21 & 22: (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/ CRC/ Thinner as required and recommended. (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vacuum interrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particles if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking / repair and replacement of all minor AC/DC electrical wiring for electrical/ manual operation of HT panel loading and all others function based on the ac/dc operation of HT panel etc complete in all respect as specified.
31(g) Checking of all nuts/ bolts springs, levers, latches,connectors etc and adjustment etc required and recommended. (h) Recording IR Values of CTs and PTs (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. (l) The cost of minor parts ie nuts, bolts, spring, washers, dust cover ring of isolators contacts, clips pins for release prop, Y phase shrouded over side stop pin, and all other minor parts le packing essentially required to make the panel dust proof shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor (m) The servicing will be carried as per norms of OEM.
32Taking out ACB of Siemens make, of capacity 800A to 3200A Amps, 3 pole , 415volts,125 KA indoor type from its sub cubicle and carrying out routinemaintenance as per manufacturer maintenance manual, examine the movingisolating contacts for any discolouration, cluster contacts, remove the arc chutes, check the SMC moulding are intacts, examine the moving contacts main contacts silver tips, spring mechanism, clean all contacts with a suitable solvent and contacts regreased with HP multipurpose grease, all contacts setting checked, readjusted if required, and regreased with HP multipurpose grease, all tripping device like manual trip, under voltage, shunt trip release, overcurrent and earth fault tripping device to be tested, readjusted and confirm all tripping device is in healthy condition, check and record IR value of ACB, with 1.1. KV LT megger calibrating ground fault / short ckt, overload relays for tripping & timing complete and rendering test report all as specified and as directed.
33NOTES for item Nos 21 ,22 & 23 : (i) The scope of work includes following :- (a) Inspection & cleaning the mechanism house (b) Operation of door interlock, interlocking plate & shutter operation inside of panel. (c) Check the Mechanical ON-OFF function, electrical & mechanical operation and damage part of VCB/ACB. (d)Re-greasing and oiling of breaker mechanism, adjustment of various mechanism setting as required, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, manually vaccum check of VCB/ACB. (e) Racking-Rack out operation in Test & service position of VCB/ACB trolley. (f) Megger test (IR value - 1KV / 2.5KV) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-R"R, Y"Y, B"B. (g) CRM Test (contact resistance) of Vacuum Interrupter R, Y, B in on condition outside of panel. (h) Time test of contract pole by Test kit (in mile second). (j) Function of closing coil, Trip coil, spring charging motor, auxiliary contact, limit switches etc. (k)Checking & lubrication of various interlocks. (l)Submission of test report in standard format of vacuum circuit breaker.
34(ii)Tools and plants and testing instruments required for servicing of VCB/ACB shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii)The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of grease, lubricating material, cleaning materialetc as required. (iv)After servicing, report shall be furnished in standard format approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
35M&L for repair to unserviceable SF6, 11 KV circuit breaker(Two incomers and two outgoing) having capacity 2000 Amps by strip opening the complete panel of the SF6 circuit breaker by dismantling all the existing HT cables connected with it and carrying out the following repairs all as specified and reassembling the SF6 breaker assembly and reconnecting the HT cables all as specified and as directed and testing the SF6 breaker on load all as specified and as directed. Notes: a) Replacement of defective insulators connected with the SF6 breaker assembly-12 Nos b) Repair to charging mechanism of the SF6 breaker assembly including replacement of defective parts-04 Nos c) Charging of the SF6 gas of requisite quantity all as specified by the OEM recommendation for the satisfactory operation of the breaker assembly-04 Nos d) Replacement of the old defective indicators RYB-12 Nos e) Rectification of leakage in the entire system of SF6 assembly by charging and flushing out using SF6 gas and charging the SF6 gas after rectifying the leakage with required quantity of SF6 gas for two incomer and two out going breakers complete as per OEM recommendation
36Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 KVfor electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.
37M & L for calibration of relaysfor primary current/voltage injection test complete for 33 KV/11KV VCB panels and ACB panels/ DG panels complete all as specified and as directed.
38S&F in repair of current transformer 33 KV indoor type of ratio 100/1-1 single phase, 50hz, current ratio 800-400, including removing of old unserviceable CT complete all as specified and as directed.
39S&F in repair of potential transformerindoor type, primary voltage 33KV, secondary voltage11 KVsingle phase, 50hz, current ratio 800-400, including removing of old unserviceable PT complete all as specified and as directed.
40S&F in repair of 11 KV bus bar supporting spout / insulators 130 mm long, 60 mm dia /as per sample single pole for indoor use400 to 800 Amp suitable for existing panel complete all as directed and as specified.
41S&F in repair of Brown 33 KV Epoxy Bus Bar Support Insulators 300 /100 mm dia /as per sample single pole for indoor use400 to 800 Amp suitable for existing panel complete all as directed and as specified.
42S&F in repair of fuse indoor type,33 KV,type PTAVT, Amps 3.15, 50hz, current ratio 800-400, including removing of old unserviceable fuse complete all as directed and as specified.
43M&L for Strip Opening the busbar of the HT 11 KV VCB panel from 800 Amps to 1500 Amps, removing the old teared/ unserviceable insulation from the bus bar checking the IR value before fixing the HT sleeve and refixing the heat shrinkable insulating tape sleeve suitable for 11 kv busbar not less than 3mm thick having dielectric strength not less than 15kv/mm and HT insulation tape for CT/ PT connection complete with a certificate from NABL lab and checking the IR value before testing and commissioning the bus bar all as specified and as directed. Note - Test sheet of IR value shall be submitted by the contractor no cost extra shall be paid by the department and all testing requirement shall be fulfill deposited by the contractor.
