(ii) All components/ items required to be replaced shall be genuine & original of the same manufacturer"s exists at site. These components/ items shall be approved by the GE before replacements. (iii) Cost of replacement of minor parts are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. However, the payment of replacement of major parts shall be made under respective item of the Sch "A" (BOQ). (iv) If any dispute in respect of whether it is major or minor component/parts, the decision of Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final & binding. (v) The contractor shall intimate to concerned Engr-in-Charge in writing with regards to the change of major parts. |
