Proof Pressure Test To Be Conducted As Per Annexure 2. O-Rings For Proof Pressure Test Will Be Provided By Cdac. , 6. Accessories For Proof Pressure Test Should Be Procured By Vendor. 7. Vendor Has To Supply Proof Pressure Test Report. 8. All Components Will Be Accepted Only If It Passes Proof Pressure Test. 9. The Drawings Are For Quotation Purpose Only. Final Drawings With Minor Corrections If Any Would Be Given Along With The Po. 10. Cdac Will Be The Sole Authority To Accept / Reject The Items After Inspection 11. So Machining to be carried out in CNC Lathe & Milling machines. Vendor has to give details of CNC machines available with them along with the quote. Order will be placed only on firms with these facilities. 3. Components to be fabricated from solid extruded materials. 4. Vendor has to supply CMM inspection report of the components . 5.Assembly of components and Proof Pressure test to be conducted in the presence of CDAC Personnel. Proof pressure test to be conducted as per Annexure 2. O-rings for proof pressure test will be provided by CDAC.
55	6. Accessories for proof pressure test should be procured by vendor. 7. Vendor has to supply proof pressure test report. 8. All components will be accepted only if it passes proof pressure test. 9. The drawings are for quotation purpose only. Final drawings with minor corrections if any would be given along with the PO. 10. CDAC will be the sole authority to accept/reject the items after inspection 11. Delivery done at CDAC, TVM or onsite, Pune.
