Maintenance and Replacement of Attack Tank Agitators:Make necessary site arrangements for the work. After getting process clearence decouple and dismantle the motor and gearbox from base. Decouple the agitator. Gearbox and motor shall be safetly positioned. Motor and gearbox if required shall be transported to respective work shops and transport back repaired gearbox/motor. Lift the agitator and its detached section from attack tank and transport to earmarked area for repair. Trasport spare agitator from repair bay, lift and position it on attack tank compartment. Erect the gearbox on the foundation and couple it with the agitator. Erect back the motor, align the pulleys and couple back the motor and gearbox. All foundation and coupling bolts shall be properly tightned. After trials, any scrap/damaged components shall be transported to earmarked area as per site instructions. Any minor repairs on the foundation/base, agitator blades shall be in this scope of work.

Maintenance and Replacement of Digestion Vessel Agitators:Make necessary site arrangements for the work. After getting process clearence decouple and dismantle the motor and gearbox from base. Decouple the agitator. Gearbox and motor shall be safetly positioned. Motor and gearbox if required shall be transported to respective work shops and transport back repaired gearbox/motor. Dismantle the blades of agitator from digestion vessel. Lift the agitator and its detached sections/blades from digestion and transport to earmarked area for repair. Transport spare agitator from repair bay, lift and position it on digestion vessel. Transport the agitator blades to inside of digestion vessel and fix them on the newly erected agitator shaft. Erect the gearbox on the foundation and couple it with the agitator. Erect back the motor, align the pulleys and couple back the motor and gearbox. All foundation and coupling bolts shall be properly tightned. After trials, any scrap/damaged components shall be transported to earmarked area as per site instructions. Any minor repairs on the foundation/base shall be in this scope of work.

Repair of Strong/Weak Settler Raker Assemlies in PA Plant and Clariflocculators in PC Plants.Make necessary arrangements for the work. After getting process clearence, inspect the rakers for repair. The raker shall be decoupled as per site instructions. Raker blades shall be repaired using suitable material and electordes. The raker shall be realigned with the settler system and coupled back. The raker blade componets shall be modified if required to ensure proper alignment. Take trails. Any scrap material shall be transported to ear marked area as per site instructions.
