(c)Cleaning the core coil assembly by oil complete and remove the dirt, sludge in the coil and core gently without making damage of insulation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Cleaning inside the chamber of transformer, scrapping complete all sludge and iron particle. (e) M & L Two coats of oil resistance paint on inside surfaces of transformer over a coat of red oxide metal primer. (f) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gaskets, spacers, nut, bolt refilling with new transformer oil. Note :-(i) The servicing of transformer carried out by authorized dealer of manufacturer of transformer. (ii) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured and paid separately. (iii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gaskets, minor welding deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) All defective spare parts shall be approved by Board of Officers conveyed by Accepting Officers for replacement. |
