| 10 | Providing, Erection & installation of pre-fabricated fiber reinforced plastic panels Dome type structure for toilet block (as per the drawing joined together) with nuts and bolts to make a self-supporting structure. The structure panels will be made of 3 layers, Outer layer of3.0 mm thick smooth FRP uniform layer, inner layer of 3.0 mm uniform thickness with gel coating over both exposed surface filled with 50mm thick polyurethane foam layer of density 40 Kg/Cum (+/-2) in between. The outer pigmented coating made of UV stabilized Gel coat on structure panels. The panels should have rebates/ overlaps for fixing and to prevent the leakages. The structure should be 100% opaque, insulated, weather proof, termite proof, leakage proof and fire retardant having fixed windows .
