11Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen ofgrade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm.
122 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm. and 52 kg. and 56 kg. of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete: (tack coat to be paid for separately).With Refinery Modified Bitumen CRMB 55 conforming to IRC: SP: 53-1999.(Laying of Pre-mix carpet shall be done by Paver only.).

14Providing and laying seal coat (TYPE A) of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

34Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for waterproofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck, using integral crystallineadmixture @0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer"s specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e.by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%,compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 44Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work Make Berger/Asian paints.
45Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections,( such as supply & fixing of CI rung work & puddle pipe work req. dia) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
46Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work .Make-Berger/Asian paints.
47Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete : Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick).
48Water supply for tank leakage test. Filling the tank with 250000 Litre water and keep it for 24 hrs.
49Hire charges of Pump set of capacity 4000 litres/hour for draining out the water after leakage test.
50Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure, such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.
