Supplying, installation and commissioning of Vertical turbine pump set having discharging capacity 20000 GPH at total head of 80 mtr WPIL / GRSE/ Jyoti / Kirloskar/ Mather & Platt make operated on 415+ 10% volt 3 phase 50 Cs 1450 RPM water cooled with driving coupling and ratchet, S.S. line shaft, S.S. head shaft, Bowl assembly 60 feet, Column pipe, spider bearing, rubber cutless bush, S.S. line shaft coupling, center guide, discharging head, strainer, priming tank, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge suitable NR valve, suitable sluice valve, etc. all complete including Dismantling of old foundation and making new PCC foundation as per size of new pump set and MS joist 4” x 6” – 1 No. with all labour, tools and tackles etc , Supplying and laying cable from pole to panel 25 mm2 3 core x 55 mtrPVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper including its jointing with all required materials including all labour tools and tackles etc. complete, Supplying and fitting and board consisting of 200 Amp MCCB incoming and 100 Amp MCCB – 2 nos. outgoing L&T make with breaking capacity 25 KA, 3 pole, 415+ 10% volt, voltmeter 0-500V and 0-100 Amp ampere meter with selector switch and internal wiring and suitable M.S. box and one DP main switch of 32 Amp for lighting purpose, Supplying and fitting oil immersed auto transformer starter suitable for above pump set with all contacts and relays. N/V coil etc. all complete. Jyoti/Rishabh/MEI/Bentex make, Light and Power wiring in raw water pump chamber with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc complete with Tube light set -2Nos, Supplying and fitting 3 Ton capacity chain pulley block with 6 meter lifting chain and Cost of earthing as per I.E. rules including cost continuous earthing from 8 SWG copper wire to be provided in bunch of two) to all electrical equipments with all materials such as G.I. 40 mm dia pipe 20 feet charcoal, salt, masonary work at Chandpur well No 3 Pakur.
