16Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
17Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
18Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate(size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC inmechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface andcompacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge
19Construction of dry lean cement concrete (DRLC) sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads &lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.
20Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete.New work (Two or more coats)
21Construction of granular sub-base by supplying/providing close graded Materialcomprising of River Shingles mixed with 40 mm size crushed aggregate in thr ratio 65: 35, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20.
22Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching and mixing plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. flexural strength of 4.1 MPa al 28 days using Ordinary Portland cement of 43/53 grade or Portland Pozzolana Cement or Portland Slag cement conforming as per relevant IS codes, to be mixed at site, with 0.5% Super plasticizer by mass of cementitious material, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer In-Charge using Slip Form Paver or Fixed form paver including anti friction layer, joint filler board, making necessary provision for expansion, dummy and construction joint including filling with Polysulphide sealant of approved make, curing and making profile, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and specifications. The item for execution shall include all operations making pavement for intended use but not limited to following: i. Polyethylene sheet (White in color) of thickness 400 micron conforming to 15: 2508 with 6mm thick fine sand layer. ii. Providing and laying in position for expansion joint, 25mm thick pre-cut Synthetic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS:1838(part 3)-2011, 45 mm from top (to be removed at the time of filling of Polysulphide sealant). iii. Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints. 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. iv. Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 or 15: 11433 1995 in expansion/ construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. as per the details below: a) Expansion Joints of size 25 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 30mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 kg/Cum, as per manufacturer"s specifications and sketch at Appendix-"A". b) Construction Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacturer"s specifications and sketch at Appendix "A". c) Dummy Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacturer"s specifications and sketch at Appendix-"A". v. Making profile as per DGCA CAR, panel drawing showing dummy, construction, expansion joints location.
23Supply of cast iron isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick as per technical specification, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having one/two nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia GI/DWC/ HDPE as required. The box should have two SS earh bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipeand having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts, completeas required.
24Supply of LED type taxiway/turning pad edge light elevated MIRL fittings of suitable wattage with driver, complete with lens suport mechanism, prefocus holder, lens clamping mechanism, central column assembly, breakable coupling , gasket, two pin secondry leads, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring washers and other accessories with Omni directional Blue lens, 6.6 Amps etc. and confirming to ICAO requirements and as per the enclosed specification.
25Supply and Laying of 50 mm "B" class GI Pipe including excavation of hard / soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box providing checknuts as required.
26Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire inpipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
27Providing and Laying of 15 mm "B" class GI Pipe including excavation of hard / soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe with Transformer Housing Box providing checknuts as required.
28ITC of CI transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x630 x100 mm thick, and as per technical specification, all round concrete of 1:2:4 cement concrete 150 mm thick,top surface slopped to match transformer housing box/coller box top,includingproviding and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe for drainage of water, checknuts whereever required including excavation of side shoulder and refilling, terminating G.I wireetc. complete as required.
29ITC of inset typeRunway / Taxiway light fixtures after making suitable size of hole with help of core cutting machine in the bituminous / pavement area of Runway/ RESA and providing & fixing shallow base with dobefil and hardner inclusive of connection with secondary cable, transformer, by providing necessary connectors, moulding for incoming & outging connection including maintaining all the runway edge lights in straight line with suitable method of installation etc. as required.
30Laying of one number pvc insulated and pvc sheathed / XLPE airfield lighting power cable of 5/1.1KVgrade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. (Note : Cable shall be supplied by AAI) -Upto 35 Sq. mm
31Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.
