6Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm
7Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

9Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Pole vault box collar of size minimum dimension, 146cm (L) x 122cm (B), the distance from the rear edge of the box collar at its base to the rear edge of the box collar cut out shall be at least 38 cm, made of welded stainless steel constructions, comes with blanking board made of aluminum and sockets at bottom for drainage of water all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Poles can be detatched from centre for easy transportation and hinged for easy lifting during installation. All poles are bound together with the help of tie bars for sturdiness of the cage. The discus ring is made from aluminum and having bracings. It is a circle with an inside diameter of 250 cm. Machine knitted 5 mm thick net with square mesh of size 40 mm. Net is UV stabilized for long life. Steel tube is used on the top of the net to avoid sagging. The net can be raised and lowered by devices on each post. One set consists of seven 4 m posts.

42Providing and fixing of 20" Rectangular Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture, complete as per requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
43Providing and fixing of 6" Round Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture, complete as per requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
44Providing and fixing of Glass Reinforced Polyamide 2" size quick pressure relief valve. The maximum working pressure shall be 10 bar.
45Providing and fixing of a double acting Continuous Air release cum vacuum relief valve 2" made of Aluminum. The Continuous Air release valve shall be capable of both releasing and admitting air from and into the line during system operation. The valve pressure rating shall not be less than 10.5 bar. The valve body shall be constructed of high impact, weather-resistant Nylon Glass Filled with heavy duty diaphragm and stainless steel screws, fasteners and components. The valve shall have manual open/close control (internal bleed) for manual opening and closing of valve without electrically energizing the solenoid, manual bleed can be removed for "tamper proof" operation. The valve shall operate with minimum 24 VAC at 10.5 bar. The valve must open or close in less than 1 minute at 10.5 bar, and less than 30 seconds at 0.7 bar.
