Cutting The Partition Sheet Into Pieces Of Appropriate Size, So As To Easily Remove Them. Making A Cut On The Upper Portion Of The Tank For Extracting The Damaged Sheets. Fabrication Of The Partition Walls Inside The Water Tank Using M.S. Sheets Of The Same Thickness By Way Of Inserting Them From The Cut Made On The Upper Side Of The Tank And Welding The Through All The Edges Of The Water Tank And Providing Necessary Supports To Provide Strength To The Partition. The Job Includes The Welding Of Water Tanker Both From Inner And Outer Side At Weak Joints To Prevent The Leakages. The Job Also Includes Fabrication And Fitting Of Ms Box For Storage Of Flexible Pipe Near The Dewatering Pump Of Required Size. Complete Job Includes Cost Of Labour And Material Cost. 6 Repair Of Driver Cabin Of Water Tanker By Way Of Dismantling Of Both Damaged & Broken Front Glasses. Repairing Of The Floor Of The Cabin & Bumper By Way Of Welding. 7 The Job Also Include Painting Of Water Tanker By Way Of Removing The Old Paint And Corroded Surface Using Emery Paper To Make The Surface Even For Painting Purpose. Apply The Primer Coat By Way Of Mixing Primer With Thinner And Applying It On The Whole Surface Area. Apply The Two Coat Of Paint Using Spray Gun. The Job Also Include Painting Jal Shakti P.H.E. Mech. Div. Kathua On Both The Side Of Water Tank. 8 Replacement Of Water Body Assembly By Way Of Dismantling The Radiator Assembly And Then Removing The Damaged Water Body Assembly And Fitting The New Water Body Assembly Along With Gaskets And Other Fittings. Complete Job Includes The Cost Of Material And Labour. 9 Repair To Electrical System Of The Vehicle After Removing Wornout And Burnt Wiring With Fitting Of New Wiring. P&F Of 02 Nos. Tail Lamp Assemblies, 02 Nos. Head Light Assemblies, 02 No. Front Indicator Assemblies, 01 No. Ignition Switch, Fuse Boxes With Fuses, Repairs Of Self Starter By Way Of Providing And Fitting Of Carbon Brushes And Solenoid Switches And Servicing Of Alternator.
