Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of Surface Haulage components such as Main Drum shaft, motor shaft, coupling pins, brake tie rods, brake assembly, brake calliper, drive sheave, return pulley shaft, all load bearing pins, all vital welds, joints and parts of tubs/carriages including D-link, J-link and pinion (26 nos. items) and Steel wire ropes (length upto 500 mtr.) at Tawa-II Mine from any government approved/ NABL accredited labs. (Test to be carried out : 1. Ultrasonic Test 2. Magnetic Test 3. Dye Penetrate Test 4. Visual Test 5. Wire Rope Defatography.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of Man-riding chair lift system’s vital components such asMain Drum shaft, motor shaft, coupling pins, tie rods, brake assembly, four roller assembly pins, drive sheave, return pulley shaft, load bearing pins, suspension tubes, embarking/disembarking stations, 200 nos. of Chairs and Steel wire ropes(16mm dia, length upto 3200 mtr.) at Tawa-II Mine to be carried out four times in two year with a six months gap (02 years contract) from any government approved NABL accredited labs. (Test to be carried out : 1. Ultrasonic Test 2. Magnetic Test 3. Dye Penetrate Test 4. Visual Test ) 5. Wire Rope Defatography.
