19Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

24Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron "Y" shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
25Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Materialconforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-25
26Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
27Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete.: 450 mm dia RCC pipes.
28Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of surface and spraying primer @ rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall quote hisrates assuming quantity of bitumen emulsion as 0.70 kg/sqm. If the actual quantity of bitumen emulsion varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen emulsion shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusives of GST shall be only be considered for payment.
29Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) confirmingIS:73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway/Road surface as per specificationscomplete in all respectsas per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of VG-10 bitumen exclusive of GST shall becosidered for payment.
30Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with 60/70 VG-30 grade bituminous binder and 2% cementfiller (ordinaryPortlandCementofgrade43 conforming to IS: 8112-1989/Pozzolana Portland Cement conforming to IS: 1489(by weight of total aggregate) in proportion as per mix design for criteria specified, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level andalignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactions as specified in technical specifications etc. complete in all respects (For tendering purpose bitumen content shall be taken as 110 Kg per cum of mix supplied in Bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material).
