Name of Work: RATE CONTRACT FOR EXPERT SUPERVISORY SERVICES FOR OVERHAULING AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF ALLWEILER MAKE PUMPS OF VARIOUS UNITS IN BONGAIGAON REFINERY

2Expert supervision & service assistance of breakdown, capital overhauling, partial overhauling, Troubleshooting & failure analysis of WARREN make pumps and ALLWEILER make pumpsinstalled at Gujarat Refinery as per terms and conditions mentioned in Annexure-I
3Overtime rates per hours of expert superviosry service are applicable for working beyond 8 hours on any normal working days or Sundays/holidays as per site requirement.
4Charges for Lodging, Boarding i.e. Hotel Room bill, Local Travel at Vadodara shall be reimbursed as per actual on submission of supporting documentary evidences only. The maximum sealing limited to WO price against service line item no. 30. Note: only local conveyance (from Hotel to Gujarat refinery site and Gujarat refinery site to back to hotel) and Hotel room bill shall be reimbursed. Any other expenses like fooding, laundry etc.shall not be reimbursed.
5To and Fro travelling expenses per visit per person (i.e. from vendor\"s office/works to Vadodara & back) shall be payable on submission of supporting documentary evidence only. The maximum sealing limited to Final WO price against service line item no. 40.
