6M&L for light colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over screed bed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.
7M&L for light colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm as in skirting etc laid over backing coat, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.
8M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified.
9M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platformand like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.
11M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) typeB-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring including finishing the top surface even and smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12M&L for Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick, 38 mm wide, fixed in position complete all as specified.
13M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays n. exc. 2 sqm each, finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonry wall , etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified.
15M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on brick work or cement concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixing only integral water proofing compoundas per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.
16Supply only integral water proofing compound.
17M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 onbrick work or cement concrete wall surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified.
18M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 onconcrete surfaces of ceiling, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
19M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including sides and soffits ofbeams, fascias, parapets etc and applyingtwo coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer, colour andtint as ordered, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including sides and soffits ofbeams, fascias, parapets etc and applyingone coat of cement base paint, colour and tintas ordered, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21M&L for applying 3 mm thick cement base wall care putty in two coats on plastered surface of wall, and making the surface even & smooth for receiving distemper / paint of any description all as specified & directed.
22M&L forpreparation ofnew plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats ofoil bound distemper over one coat of primer all as specified and directed. Note:- Cement base wall care putty where ever directed will be applied and will be measured & paid separately
23M&L for Preparation ofold decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots. moulds , moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. andapplying one coat of oil bound distemper after removal of nails & filling nail hole with putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
24M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including pillars, cornices etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
25M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
26Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 15 mm bore fixed on walls, floors or ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
