5Foundation and Asphalt Pad Repair work as per scope of work 3.0,,,,,,,,Supplying and filling the required, with any one or all types of fill materials as per design for tank pads including spreading in layers of 15 CMS loose thickness average, watering, ramming and compacting to obtain not less than 85% relative density as per IS 2720 part XIV for repair works. The thickness of patch weldings are upto 8mm as per scope of work .
19Bottom plate replacement as per scope of work - 9.0
20Replacement of existing bottom plate Cutting, dismantling, shifting out of dyke, weighing and transporting to scrap yard / designated place as directed by EIC.Providing construction drawing, fabrication, erection,welding, all NDT requirements such as DPT Diesel chalk, VBT etc and satisfying allinspection requirments as directed by EIC and as per scope of work. The thickness of old bottom plate is 6 mm & proposed new bottom plate is 8 mm.The rate also includes grid blasting & applying bottom plate underside CPCLpainting System-XI and carrying out all other testing requirements as per the standard.
21Roof replacement work as per scope of work - 11.0 & 12.0
22Replacement of the existing roof plate thk:6mm with same thickness as per scope of work. This SOR includes providing construction drawing for roof replacement works as per CPCL Engineering, getting CPCL approval before starting fabrication jobs. The extreme safety to be followed while carrying out roof replacement at higher elevation.Reference drawing will be provided by CPCL. Cutting, dismantling, shifting out of dyke, weighing and transporting to scrap yard / designated place as directed by EIC.Fabrication, bending of plates wherever required, erection, welding, testing of roof, including all roof appurtenances, providing Nozzles & Flanges (using E7018 as per inspection), Manways including covers and satisfying all inspection requirements as directed by EIC / Standards.Roof structurals (rafters) if any,shall be dismantled reinstalled for replacement of roof plates and these replacements cost can be claimed through structual works rates in this SOR. Wherever possible roof structurals shall be salvaged and reused as per the clearance of CPCL Inspection. The rate includes pneumatic testing of roof plate welds at 50mm of water column after completion of all the welding and during hydro test condition (with water upto the curb angle level / Safe filling height).
