11Supply, fixing, errecting in trully vertically position steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws as specified type 410 SP - 55 (11 mtr long) including one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint, marking of pole numbers and making 3 Nos of red and white colour strip of 30 cm wide on equal distance from coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

31Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of any make, capacity from 400-630 Amps, 11 KV, 800 Amps for servicing, repairs and re-assembling completecomprising of the following including testing and commissioning all as directed. (a) Checking the serviceability of all parts, cleaning, alignment of closing/opening mechanisms and re-assembling the unitcomplete and making it smooth functional. (b) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CRC/ Tri-chloro-ethylene to remove the accumulation of carbon or any other deposits. (c) Checking the VCB panel wiring and repairing for making VC infully functional condition . (d) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning re-adjusting worn out parts etc. (e) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including providing servicing to the motor commutator bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (f) Calibration ofrelays and meter of VCB, for making it fully functional and in earth fault, over current etc relay can be work and trip the VCB. (g) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and ensure collar pins are in place and they are tight and opened properlycomplete all as specified and directed by EIC up tohis full satisfaction. Notefor repairing and servicing of VCB : (i) All T&P and instruments, testing kit, primary injection kit to be bring by contractor for repairing, testing and calibration of VCB. (ii) Contractor shall submit the test sheet of VCB testing before and aftercarried out repaiirng and calibration of relays & meters. Testing of VCB to be done in presence of Engineer in Charge. (iii) Repairing , servicing and calibration of VCB shall be done through expert technician/ engineer of OEM/ Expert technician/ engineer of ASEDCL. (iv) Contractor shall made the DC supply fuctional for functionality of all relays on DC supply. (v) Any minor parts not catered in scope if required to be replace for makeing the VCB serviceable to be provided by thecontractor without any extra charge.
32Supply fixing grouting and painting cable route indicator made up of factory made precast RCC slab of size 1000mmx500mmx80mm thick duly embossed with MES HT cable/MES LT cable size of cable and grouting on the route of HT/LT cable complete. Note:- (i) Excavation, PCC foundation for erection of route indicator will be measured and paid under approprite Items. (ii) Slab route indicator to be provided with 4 Nos x 8 mm diameter TMT bars along lenght of slab with 7 Nos cross bar 6 mm dia in reinforcement with shuttering. (iii) Route indicator RCC slab to painting with two coat of red colour synthetic enamel paint over on one coat of white primer base all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
33Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
34Taking down , dismentling, old rusted cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc completeand setting aside for reuse or given credit to contractor under credit of schedule, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
35Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.
36Dismantling of Conrete Pole and Struts any type any size complete all as specified and directed.
37Dismantling ofStay assy complete all as specified and directed.
38NOTES: 1.The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2.The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
