| 4 | All as per Item No.3 above, but Three Phase Four wire 3x240 V meter Note for item No. 3 & 4 : (i) The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) duly signed between contractor and manufacturer of prepaid meter shall be submitted in the form of Judicial affidavit on Rs. 100 /- stamp paper covering all aspects as included in the format alongwith Technical bid. The format of MOU is uploaded as Appendix ‘D’ to Particular Specifications. Non submission/ uploading of MOU with technical bid (Cover 1) will result in rejection of technical bid during evaluation. Hardcopy of MoU shall be submitted along with application and other documents as per policy in vogue. (ii) Contractor shall submit 10 (Ten)years replacement guarantee from manufacturer or their service provider for prepaid meter installed under this contract. (iii) Infrastructure required for vending system like computer PC desktop shall be provided by department and contractor shall make necessary connections with vending system and internet. (iv) Item No 03 & 4 Ratequoted by tenderer is deemed to includecost of connecting to existing system. |
| 5 | Supply, install, commissioning Gateway Unit / Router/ Access points/ Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) conform to IP67, single phase, surge voltage upto 6kV, suitable for upto minimum 200 meters outdoor type mounted on PCC platform. The unit shall able to communicate with nodes/ RF mesh, support of demand read and ping of individual/ group meters, push all type of events, shall have WAN connectivity. The unit shll monitor meter reads/ downstream commands and reconnect in case of failed events. In case of power interruption, unit shall be capacble to establish communication in auto mode. The unit shall have facilite of recording packet failures, retry attempts, missed periodic reading, failure to connect, network topology, latency, capable to handle interval data of suitabel No. of any type of smart meter (1ph/3ph). The unit shall be able to acquire and send date to HES for full caacity meters/ devices within a suitable time period. The unit shall support remote firmware upgrades as well as remote configuration from the control centre. The DCU shall be capable of runnign IPv6 based 6 Lowe PAN Stack for managing the RF network and all other means of communications as defined in IS 16444 (latest), battery backup for atleast 1 hour and suitable length of cable from unit to nearest source as specified at site complete all as specified and as directed. |
