Checking And Adjustment Of Protection Devices, Timing Relay And Single Phase Preventer. The Job Included Lubricating / Tightening Of Contactor Bus-Bar / Cabling Connection Joints, Complete Checking And Servicing Of Control Wiring And And Replacement Of Damaged / Burnt 400Amp. Alunimum Terminals ( 03 ) Numbers Of Reputed Make Reconnecting Of All Incoming And Out Going Leads. Removing Of Dirt, Dust, Etc With The Help Of High Power Electric Air Blower. Reassembling Of Various Components, Reconnecting Cables Of The Starter And Finally Full Load Testing At Site. 2 Complete Checking, Servicing And Preventive Maintenance Of Main Control Panel Which Included 2000A - 03 Nos. Incomers And 1000 / 800 A 06 Nos. Outgoing Motor Feeders By Way Of Isolating And Unmounting Of Acbs From Main Circuit, Removing Of Carbon Deposits From Contact Points By Applying Carbon Tetra Chloride. The Job Included Setting / Adjustments To Acbs To Prevent Flashing, Lubrication And Tightening Of Bus Bar Joints, Removing Of Dirt, Dust And Other Substances With The Help Of High Power Electric Air Blower. Refitting Of Acbs And Insulation / Tapping As Per Requirement On Outgoing Feeder Terminals. The Panel With Individual Feeders Was Tested On Full Load. 3 Providing And Fitting Of 19 / 083 Copper Conductor ( 14.6Meters ) Of Reputed Make For Connecting Of Auto Transformer Coil Assembly Both Star And Delta Circuit ( Five Feet And Three Feet Long ) Respectivelly 06Numbers Each Forunit No.6Th.The Cable Shall Be Provided With Both Ended Terminals Of95mm Copper Terminals Dully Crimped By Hyduralic Crimping Tool.Also The Job Comprises Ofreplacement Oftimer Relay 10Amp.And Timer Coil One Number Each.Providing And Fitting Of 75Mm Sq.Digital Single Phase Voltmeter Two Numbers For 10Kva Automatic Voltage Stabilizer Of Control Supply For 425 Hp Pannels. 4 Rewinding Of Burnt-Out Transformer Coil Assembly Of 400Hp Auto-Transformer Starter Of Unit No.1St At Marval Lis Stage 1St .The Job Comprises Of Dismantling Of Auto-Transformer Coil Assembly From The Container After Disconnecting Of All Incoming And Out-Going Terminals / Leads. Taking Out Transformer Oil From The Container.Complete Rewinding Of Burnt-Out / Damaged Coil Assembly. Tapping Of Leads By Teflon Coated Cotton Tape And Then Impregnation Of Coil By Standard Quality Varnish. Refilling Of Transformer Oil After Proper Filtration, Refitting Back Of Rewinded Coil Assembly, Reconnecting Of All Incoming And Out-Going Circuits.The Job Includes Topping Of Auto Transformer Starter With Fresh T-Oil Of Required Grade And Specification As Per Is ( Approx. ( 25 ) Liters ) .
