| 1 | Renovation of 02 Nos. Gearboxes of Model No. VH3M225, 31.4/1 (Gearbox no. 12 & 20) at Aeration chamber of 37 MGD STP Okhla by carrying out following works including all the required works, materials, arrangements tools & tackles workmanship, safety arrangements & equipments as per NHRC guidelines etc. and as per site requirement, re-modelling all the damages upto standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily. Gear Box No. 12 Dismantling of complete Gear Box unit along with 50 HP Vertical induction Motor from its installed position after disconnection of cable etc. and removing the coupling shaft with the help of lowering /lifting tool and tackles and removing the damaged nut bolts & also shifting gear box motor and material to safe place and removing all the internal parts from the gear box. |
| 2 | Fabrication/Supply of 1st stage pinion fabricated with metal EN 353/8620as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect and ready to use condition. |
| 3 | Fabrication/Supply of 1st stage gear fabricated with metal EN 353/8620 as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect and ready to use condition. |
| 4 | Fabrication/Supply of 2nd stage pinion fabricated with metal EN 353/8620 as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect and ready to use condition. |
| 5 | Fabrication/Supply of 2nd stage gear fabricated with metal EN 353/8620 as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect and ready to use condition. |
| 6 | Fabrication/Supply of 3rd stage gear fabricated with metal EN 353/8620 as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect and ready to use condition. |
| 7 | Replacement oil seal, oil pump, breather plug as per sample and other hardware’s general item as per requirement of site |
| 8 | Replacement of lubricant oil servo 320. (Department will provide the same) |
| 9 | Replacement of the bearings. Make: SKF/FAG/any other DJB approved make.1.32310A – 2 Nos.2. NU 2313EMI -2 Nos.3.32222 A – 2 Nos.4.32307 A – 2 Nos. |
| 10 | Replacement of packing sheet and replacement of required nut bolts. |
| 11 | Replacement of motor-gearbox coupling as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect. |
| 12 | Assembly of gear box after replacement of above parts. And repair of body of gear box as per site requirement. Cost also includes of items which are required to put gear box in working order but not taken in proposal. The job also includes fixing of gear box at site and put the same in working order after fixing of motor, coupling, nut bolts etc. & making of electric connection. |
| 13 | Painting of Gear Box with two or more coats of super enamel paint as per color shade of engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | Cartage to & fro from site to workshop. The job includes hiring of heavy labour for loading & unloading. |
| 15 | Gear Box No. 20 Dismantling of complete Gear Box unit along with 50 HP Vertical induction Motor from its installed position after disconnection of cable etc. and removing the coupling shaft with the help of lowering /lifting tool and tackles and removing the damaged nut bolts & also shifting gear box motor and material to safe place and removing all the internal parts from the gear box. |
