    Tender For Project Management Consultancy Services For Grain Based Ethanol Plant Along With Associated Facilities At Himachal Pradesh -Part no. 1PMC Stage-I, complete in all respects in accordance with provisions of Bid Document on Lump-sum basisPart no. 2PMC Stage-II, complete in all respects in accordance with provisions of Bid Document on Lump-sum basisPart no. 3Site supervision services - Civil, mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Site Engineers, these engineers shall be placed at job location on all 30 days in the month up to 12 hours/day max, as per job requirement. These engineers shall be used for site supervision and construction management services.PMC shall monitor and record progress of the Services, and if the progress of the Services is behind the Time Schedule for any reason attributable to PMC including default and/or negligence of PMC or for any other reason, PMC shall immediately take such steps as are necessary to expedite the rate of progress of the Services including such steps as the PMC considers necessary working overtime and other resources in order to meet the Time Schedule. All such steps shall be at PMCs cost and expense and shall not give rise to any entitlement to payment of any cost and/or any revision of the Time Schedule under this Contract.Note: Project Manager charges for project management services shall be paid for against Part no. 2 and hence shall not be paid for against this part.Part no. 4Resident Construction Manager As per scope of work. RCM shall be placed at job location on all 30 days in the month up to 12 hours/day max, as per job requirement.
