Providing, laying and compaction of 60 mm thick DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam) layer over WMM Surface including preparation and correction of existing surface with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table: 500-10 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-08 of MORT&H specifications of Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 4.7% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and compaction of 30 mm thick BC (Bituminous Concrete) layer including preparation and correction of existing surface with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table: 500-17 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications of Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 5.6% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Prime Coat over WMM surface by mechanical mean confirming to clause 502 of MORT&H specification with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer @ of 7.5 kg/10 sqm (RS-1 grade) using emulsion pressure distributer, all complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H Specification of Road & Bridge (5th Revision) complete in all respect all as specifed and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat over Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer @2.5 Kg/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) or using low viscosity grade paving bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer on prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge (5th Revision) complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5 mm thick)conforming to MOST: 803.4 including preparation of surface complete in all Respect as specified and directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
