| 1 | Providing comprehensive design and supervision consultancy in surveying, planning, redesigning, detailing, preliminary/ detailed estimation, costing supervision and monitoring of the execution of all the project within the project area as per terms of reference for design and supervision consultancy services for covering the following main scope of workfor all varying width of the Right Marginal Embankmentupto the satisfaction of Engineer In charge /competent authority as per list as under:- (i) Comprehensive study of the entire length of 11.00 Km (ii) Propose a comprehensive solution addressing to the need of development of the Right Marginal Embankment (RME) keeping in view the laws/ rules/ orders of the Hon’ble NGT issued from time to time. The development of the RMEshould create a positive landscape space to be used by the public as an active recreational and social green open space. (iii) Designing of cycle tracks along the road. (iv) Designing of Jogging/walking tracks as per the detailed feasibility. (v) Developments/landscaping of Parks & Adventure facilities along the RMEas per the detailed feasibility. (vi) Beautification of both sides in the entire length. (vii) Designing of water harvesting structures. (viii) Design of all MEP services. (ix) LED Screen controlled from centralized command room. (x) Solar Panels. (xi) Lighting. (xii) Fountains. (xiii) To prepare a tender document to hire an EPC agency to do detailed design and engineering and procurement and construction of the project based on the tender document prepared by the consultant. (xiv) To initiate the process of applying for various statutory approvals required for the project till the EPC agency is selected for the project. (xv) To guide the EPC Agency in obtaining all the statutory approvals for the project. (xvi) To proof check and approve the detailed design of the EPC agency to ensure adherence to the tender documents and that the original approved design intent of the consultant is followed till the completion of the project. (xvii) To provide Periodic Supervision during the execution of the project till the completion. |
