2Making machine cut groove over the brick bat coba to the width of 300mm either side from the ledge wall of the expansion joint Removing the brick bat coba 300mm on either side from the ledge wall of the expansion joint upto the mother slab level.Making groove over the cracks on cover slab of the expansion joint and fill up the groove with the PU Sealant.Application of 2 coats of Tapecrete including the laying of fiber mesh over the ledge wall to the size of 300mm x 300mm like L shape.Application of 1 coat of Bituminous primer over well prepared surface to cover the ledge wall, top of the cover slab of the expansion joint and on the mother slab.Providing and laying 3mm thick APP membrane double layer over the primer applied area.Fill up either side of the ledge wall with CC 1:2:4 to match the existing brick bat coba finished level.Making machine cut groove over the joint between the brick bat and new concrete to the size of 5mm x 5mm and fill up the groove with PU Sealant.Application of 2 coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane laid area
3TREATMENT OVER THE SURFACE CRACKS - TERRACE (B)
4Removing the loose plastering upto the rigid portion in square panel wherever it is necessary. Clean the surface from the loose particles. Application of one coat of latex SBR over the plastering removed well prepared area and plaster the surface with CM 1:4 to the required thickness to match the existing finished surface, admixed with integral water proofing compound and Recron 3S. Draw false line of 300mm x 300mm over the finished plastered surface.
5Making machine cut groove over the cracks Providing and filling PU Sealant in the groove over the cracks.
6BASEMENT - NOZZLE FIXING AND GROUTING OVER THE RETAINING WALL AND CEILING BELOW THE ROAD (C)
7Providing and fixing neoprene special nozzle over the cracks at ceiling in store and slab below the road.
8Injection of low viscosity epoxy grout through the nozzle by electrically operated pump
9Providing and fixing GI Nozzle at required places at the Retaining wall and ceiling Injection of CICO Non shrink grouting compound admixed with cement slurry through the nozzle by pressure by pump
10BASEMENT - RETAINING WALL EXPANSION JOINT (D)
11Making core cut to the size of 230mm dia or square at the slab as per the technical specifications
12Removing the existing expansion joint filling to the depth of half of the width Providing backer rod/ thermocol to receive the sealantFill up the expansion joint with PU sealant
13Fix the neoprene rubber pad to the width of 150mm to cover the expansion joint.
14BASEMENT - LEVEL 3 - SAUCER DRAIN (E)
15Cut open the concrete screed to the width of 230mm upto the top of the raft level to connect the existing drain from the expansion joint.Making saucer drain from the expansion joint to the trench and form the slope with the concrete screed to drain the water from the expansion joint and apply PU coating over saucer drain
16BASEMENT - LEVEL 1 - EXPANSION JOINT BELOW THE ROAD (F)
17Providing PVC gutter to the width of the beam at the expansion joint below the road level and proving drain pipe up to basement level 3
18TREATMENT OVER THE DAMP SURFACES (G)
19Removing the existing painting and sanding the surface over the damp patch area at basement retaining wall and staircase walls.Application of 2 coats of Nova Seal Plus resin based waterproof sealer over the well-prepared surface
