Bidder should quote their rate by selecting Less (-)or Excess(+) in the Drop Down Box and thereafter filling the Percentage rate in figures (maximum two digits after decimal) only without any condition.3. Escalation / De-escalation is not applicable for Items rates and shall not be paid.4.NAME OF BIDDER SHOULD ALSO BE PROVIDED ATAPPROPRIATE PLACE. 5. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid (this BOQ) are not acceptable and suchbidsshall be summarily rejected. 6. Submission of any other file or format of the Price Bid (BoQ1)other than the original file given in the Tender shall besummarily rejected.7. Bidder to note that opting for option of \" NOT QUOTED\" means bidder has not participated and his bid is not be evaluated.8. Bidders to note that the the amount quoted will have to inclusive of all taxes except GST which shall be paid as per actuals.
