1.Detailsoftheitemsunderthisscheduleshallbereadinconjunctionwiththecorrespondingtechnical specifications, drawings and other tender documents.2.Theworkshallbecarriedoutasperdrawings,specifications,descriptionofitemsinthisscheduleand instructions of the Engineer.3.Items ofwork provided in this schedulebutnotcovered in the specificationsshall beexecuted strictly as per description of item in this schedule and instructions of the Engineer.4. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the contract, the Tenderer shall quote for the finished items and shall provideforthecompletecostoflabour,materials,plant&equipment,erectionanddismantlingofnecessary scaffolding,levies,taxes,transportation,storage, repairs, rectifications, maintenance until handing over, revenue expenses,contingencies,overheads,profitsandallincidentalitemsnotspecificallymentionedbutreasonably implied and necessary to complete the works according to the contract.6. The decision of the Engineer shall be final and binding on the contractor regarding clarification of items in this schedule with respect to the other sections of the contract.7. Schedule of Items are based on CPWD\"s \"Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) 2021.This schedule will be read along with \"CPWD Specification\" -2021 Volume I to II along with the correction slips of DSR & CPWD Specifications8. The work in foundation and plinth shall include all works upto 1.2 metre above the finished ground level. In Schedule of Quantities the following shall apply:Sqm shall mean square metre, Cum shall mean cubic metre, Each shall mean each, one Kg shall mean Kilogram9. Minimum percentage of total Contract price linked to Safety Aspects/ compliance to Safety Rules : 2%. Please refer ITB clause 12.12 In case ‘Amount linked to Safety Aspects / compliance to Safety Rules’ is less than aforesaid minimum percentage specified of the total Contract Price.10. (i) Any Price Component or any GST component in the price schedule, if left blank by the bidder, shall be deemed to be included in the Total Quoted Price(ii) NVVN shall not be liable to pay GST which has not been filled by the bidder in the Price Schedule, even if the same is prevailing in India as on seven days prior to the date of Price Bid Submission.(iii) GST shall be paid by NVVN as per Actuals or Quoted GST Amount in Price Schedule, whichever is lesser.
