Automated Water Level Recorder (non-contact-RADAR) for River/ Canals/ Reservoirs having 70m Range with all necessary hardware as per technical specifications.

Supply of Automatic Discharge Measurement Equipment (Non- Contact Radar Type) as per attached specifications Make - Sommer, Xylem, Siemens, Aquasense Level Range - 0.4 ~ 40m Velocity Measurement Range - 0.05 ~ 15m/s (Related to water flow) including Supply of intelligent Field Device having GSM/GPRS/Wifi capability with inbuilt display with mounting arrangement for monitoring river discharge and level through internet cloud computing without any requirement of software installation hosted at Tier - III Level secure data centre with MQTT technology accessed over simple internet browser. It should have separate output and communication line for Automatic Discharge Measurement Equipment inlcuding Supply of solar power arrangement with minimum of 3 days Li Ion battery backup with dual source charging controller from solar as well as external DC input.

Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for Automatic Rain Gauge (ARG) Station - with Telemetry along with accessories, installed at designated locations under this contract after final acceptance of RTDAS systems. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be born by bidder. The license fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall be borne by purchaser.

Installation testing & Commissioning of Automated Water Level Recorder (non-contact-RADAR) for River/ Canals/ Reservoirs and associated civil works for mounting the RADAR having 70m range with all necessary hardware as per technical specifications.

Installation and commissioning of - Automatic Discharge Measuremetn Equipment over the river bridge - Intelligent Field Device (IFD) - Solar Power arrangement with required accessories.

Annual Subscription of Tier - III level data centre based cloud application for calibration of Automatic Discharge Measurement Equipment, having suitable UI for related data visualization, alerts and on demand report generation capability along with network data charges along with Annual Remote site maintenance and technical support.
