SITC of Standard Ward Vacuum Units with regulator to provide suction in the range of 0-760 mm/hg, it shall be a composite wall mountable unit and shall consist of WaterTrapwithBacterialFilterinitshousing,minimum1micronporesize,witha50ml polycarbonate jar, complete with pipe adapter for connection to the Vacuum outlet. The jar will be autoclavable, A control knob to regulate the suction flow rate (0-760 mm/hg), A high vacuum regulator fitted with a gauge. (0-760 mm/hg), able to be connected to a wall mounted polycarbonate collection Jar, capacity of 2000 ml, which is autoclavable. The collection Jar will be provided with automatic fluid control trap mechanism to prevent fluid spill over into the regulator including a wall bracket for mounting. The Jar cover and other cover plates shall be of Yellow Colour.

SITC of following sizes solid drawn, seamless, posphorous deoxidized,non-arsenicanddegreasedcopperpipeconformingto EN 057:1996(originallyBS2871-1971Part1(TableX)andchemical composition as per BS-6017 of 1981 table 2. All the Copper Pipe fittings shall be of highest standard complying with EN1254-1 and should be degreased in the factory for use in medical gas pipeline system. The supplies of copper pipe would be accompanied with manufacturers test certificate for the physical properties of copper pipes and their Chemical composition.The supply of pipes is further substantiated with inspection certificate from the third party like SGS/Lloyds Register. Manufacturer of copper fittings should provide certificate indicating that degreasing has been carried out, that any hydrocarbon in the bore area is less than 100mg/mtr2. Copper pipes would be secured to wall with LDPE saddles or to ceiling fixed MS bracket of suitable size, wherever necessary. Brazing for copper joints, brazing materialto be used will be silver-copper phosphorous alloy which shall be used without flux.For copper to brass joints 43% silver brazing rods with flux would be used. Flow of nitrogen gas would be provided to avoid oxidization inside the pipeline during brazing.
