1M&L Energy audit by accredited from of B.E.E Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Govt of India) have soundexperience and expertise in this field to conduct energy audit of Bhuj Military Stationsector wise/area wisespecifically (a) Transformers loading pattern: observation/measurement of electrical parameters and analysis to find loading, possibility if any for rationalization, maintenance practices etc. (b) Study of electrical bills: for P.F. pattern, contract demand, demand charges, night tariff, load pattern etc. and suggest for improvement. (c)Measurement of major process and utility equipment motors, machine motors AND Main Panels: and study loading pattern, maintenance practices, application study, type and size of motors, suggesting any possible energy saving devices to be connected etc. (d) Power factor study.; capacitors installation and their performance evaluation, system, P.F at various levels and at various load pattern, study and analysis. (e) Fans, blowers, study for their loading.; loading and application, capacity utilization, installation and maintenance practices, material of construction of them. (f)Pumps; Major pumps(contributing major energy consumption) shall be identified and covered for optimization, observation of present maintenance practices and find present lading against rated capacity ( Actual flow Vs Rated flow of the pump shall be derived. Flow measurement for major identified pumps shall be done by ULTRA SONIC FLOW METER.) (g) Lighting; study of type of installation, lux level at significant areas, study availability of natural light, illumination pattern etc. (h) Cooling tower: Effectiveness or performance evaluation of cooling towers, maintenance and material of construction with size, type and system. (j) Compressors: Performance evaluation by study on practices on loading, unloading, air leakages at various areas, if permissible pump up test for major compressors and suggest areas of improvement. (k)HVAC/CHILLING PLANTS: Performance evaluation by study on practices on loading, unloading of compressors/motors and performance evaluation for present fuel/energy consumption, explore possibility on rationalization/cost reduction, insulation checking, flow measurement, Derivation of KW/TR and suggest areas of improvement. (l)DG SET: Derivation of LITERS/KW if load transferred to DG set during energy audit field study only and suggest for improvement after trial. Note.Following details and design shall be calculated and submitted alongwith report:- (i) Maximum demand calculation and contract load calculation. (ii) Network analysis and design (iii) Distribution system design (iv) Selection of protective device (v) Calculation of short circuit current and voltage drop (vi) Cable duct sizing and layout for power house (vii) Design calculation for earthing calculation and earthing layout with details of thetype of earthing system, sizing accurate earthing designing as per real time sitecondition. (viii) Analysis of existing lightening protection, designing of lightening protectionsystem with full compliance with codes and regulations for ammunition stores. (ix) Fuel consumption of DG sets. (x) Distribution network analysis of military hospital and designing of network formain and standby power supply alongwith layout.
