| 1 | Regular Tower to Tower patrolling and Tower top patrolling wherever requiredapproximate 106 Km. longfollowing 132 KV line circuits under ETD-Baraut. Patrolling work consists of detection of the defects like missing/theft tower parts/ members, hot point, punctured/flashed over disc insulators, dislocation of vibrationdampers/damaged conductor/earth wire, checking of foundation & position of tree in the corridor of 27 meter of the line & removing of nests from the towers patrolling shall be done regular on quarterly basis (total Four times in a year)1. 132 KV Baraut-Singhawali S/C Line– 19.490 Km2. 132 KV Baraut-Baghpat S/C Line – 17.067 Km3. 132 KV Baghpat-Khekra S/C Line –12.282 Km4. 132 KV Khekra – Loni S/C Line – 07.747 Km5. 132 KV Baghpat-Harsiya D/C Line – 13.036 Km6. 132 KV Singhawali-Kinoni cogen S/C Line – 10.832 Km7. 132 KV Harsiya-Singhawali S/C line– 12.265 Km8. 132 KV Baghpat-Harsiya 2nd ckt Lilo Bilochpura D/C line– 12.757 Km Total – 105.476 Km (Say 106Km). |
| 2 | Opening / cutting of nut & bolts of remaining cut pieces of tower members stolen by miscreants to be opened /cut safely with the help of gas cutter/hacksaw blade including all required labour and T&P for proper completion of work satisfactory. |
| 3 | Fabrication & fixing of tower parts/members form scrap GI angles by taking proper measurements to be opened /cut safely with the help of gas cutter/hacksaw blade including all required labour and T&P for proper completion of work satisfactory. |
| 4 | Strengthening/replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers. |
| 5 | Tightening of jumpers at tension towers. |
| 6 | Manually checking of insulator strings on tower. |
| 7 | Replacement of damaged/puncture insulators string at different towers location including carriage of material from store of work site of the above line all the manpower & T&P shall be provided by tenderer for completion the work. |

| 9 | (b) For tension string |
| 10 | Looping, Chopping & Cutting of trees branches in the 27 Mtr. Corridor of above line & stacking of above cutting at proper place far from the line. |
| 11 | Removal of bird nest from cross arm of tension/suspension towers along with manual checking and cleaning of porcelain/composite polymer insulator strings at cross arm. |
| 12 | Repairing of damaged ACSR Panther conductor by jointing with one number repair sleeve including lowering down of conductor and restring of the same with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. |
| 13 | Replacement of damaged ACSR Panther conductor by fixing required Mid span compressor joints/tension fitting as per requirement of site including lowering down of conducotor and re-string of the same for completion of the work satisfactory. |
| 14 | Attending breakdown of broken panther conductor by binding & fixing required mid span compression joints including lowering down the conductor and stringing of the same (up to 01 Km) |
| 15 | Attending break down of broken earth wire/ tightening of loose earth wire up to 1 Km. |
| 16 | Emergency patrolling of above 08 Nos.132 KV lines during tripping, to detect the exact fault location and type of fault. |
| 17 | Thermal Scanning of 132 KV lines, above work includes themo vision of jumpers, Mid span compression joint, Repair sleeve one in a year and submission of thermo vision report to concern officer with its rectification.
