| 2 | Repair & Servicing of Biogas Plant:-Removal of dome from main digester & erection of the same at same place after work is over,Cleaning/ Repairing & Painting of dome balance system & dome,Removal of sludge/ mud & sand / soil-manually (2,20,000 Litres) up to the bottum of all 4 compartments of main digester, Removal of sludge/ mud / sand / soil-manually (60,000 Litres) up to the bottum of all 2 compartments of primary digester, Removal of sludge/ mud & sand / soil-manually (64,000 x 4 pits= 2,56,000 Litres) up to the bottom of all 4 manure pits. Commissioning of Biogas Plant with BARC bacteria, complete including replacement of nut & bolt, washers,new gaskit for dome seal , grinding of rusted area complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of EIC. |
| 3 | Operation & Maintance of 5 TPD of bio gas plant complete in all respects including the cost of T&P and maintance items and consumable etc as following:a) Hand Glove / Soap/ Ph paper- other consumables//miscellaneous etc. b) Generator Oil/ Spark plug/ other spare parts & electric/ electronic part of panel( MCB/ Timber/ Coil/ Sensor Etc) fitting etc c) Air compressor/ gas compressor:- Oil/ piston/ O-ring/spareparts(Total - 2 machine) d) Biogas Grinder:-Cutting Blades/ motor winding etc (Total - 2 machines)e) Scrubber:- Replacing old chemical like silica/ activated charcoaletc (Total -2- Instruments) f) Gas & Water pipeline &Biogas storage ballon :- PVC pipes/ valves/brass clips/nozzle/tap/adesives etc.g) Biowaste collection crates/buckets/vegetables chopper etc. h) Painting biogas plant structure by cement paint & MS/FRP by oil paint once in 3 years. In case of any problem of death of bacteria & plant stop functioning then opening /cleaning of main & primary digesters & restarting of Biogas Plant. Also MS "Jali" cover on the manure pit has to be replaced occasionally.(O&M cost 1st year ) |
