| 1 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning automatic voltage regulator, 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz Oil cooled (ONAN) , outdoor type, suitable for balanced supply and unbalanced load designed for input variation between 9000 volt to 12000 volt with output voltage stabilized at 11000 V with accuracy of + 1% and capacity 2000KVA, as per IS: 2026, speed of correction not less than 1 KV per second , including first filling of transformer oil as per IS: 335 complete and comprising/compliance with the following technical specifications of HT 11 KV AVR (a)Step down transformer double wound, star/delta connected b)On load stepless rolling contact type regulator, auto wound delta connected. c)Booster transformer double wound open/open connected. d)Automatic control gear consists of (I)One electronic relay (ii)One reversing geared motor unit (iii)Two limit switches in oder to avoid over running highest and lowest position, chain drive, coupling devices and all electrical connections. (e) Construction Feature : Transformer for Buck and Boost shall be housed in a sheet steel tank fitted with radiators and mounted on unidirectional rollers and shall have the following fittings :- (i)Lifting lugs (ii)Earthing terminals(iii)Rating plate(iv)Filter value top & bottom (v) Oil fitting hole(vi) Thermometer pocket(vii)Silicagel dehydrating breather(viii)Oil level gauge (ix) Conservator(x)Dial type oil temperature indicator with alarm and contacts(xi)Explosion vent((xii)Bochholz relay with alarm and trip contact xii)Air release plug (xiii) Oil conservator with oil level gauge, marshalling Box, HV cable Box (Input/Output). (f) Voltage Regulator part shall behoused in a separate high quality epoxy panted sheet steel tank fitted withfollowing fittings:- (i)Lifting lugs (ii)Earthing terminals(iii)Rating plate(iv)Filter value top & bottom (v) Oil fitting hole(vi) Thermometer pocke (vii)Silicagel dehydrating breather(viii)Oil level gauge(ix)Voltmeter with selector switch for measuring output voltage(x) Filter valve and oil filling hole(g) Temp rise : 50 degree C rise of top oil over an ambient of 50 degree C.(h) Control and monitoring feature : the control and monitoring system of HY automatic voltage regulator shall have the following standard features:-(i)Voltmeter for output voltage with VSS (ii)Hand control, motor control and automatic control (iii)Automatic control gear with solid state card and male female connectors(iv) Solid state relay to sense variation of more then + 1% of the rated output voltage (v)Forautomatic correction of fluctuation supply voltage electronica relay shall be provided with will sense the output voltage and provide signal to the driving motor for necessary correction. (vi)Servo motor 60RPM 10 Kg.cm AC synchronous reversing geared motor unit . The reversible geared motor wounded of "STEP-STN" type (vii)wo limit switches to avoid our running highest and lowest positions (viii)Chain drive coupling devises and all electrical connections(ix)Terminal arrangement : cable box suitable for input & output armoured cable for appropriate rating .Auxiliary connection suitable for 1.1KV grade cable. |

| 9 | M&L for providing 100mm PCC platform on top of brick masonry of Size 6x3 mtrs (outer dimensions) and 1.2 mtr high from ground level and 0.5 mtr below ground level for placing RMU, chain-link fencing around the platform fixed to angle iron post 1.8 mtr high using angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 1.00m away from platform with entry gate and steps and applying a coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed including provision as under :- (i) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of brick wall and fencing post including excavation in earthwork, return filling in and removal of surplus soil. (ii) Brick work with fly ash brick in CM 1:6 including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 over exposed surfaces. (iii) 100mm thick hard core using brick bats of grade n.exc 63mm. (iv) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. (v) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type D-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair. (vi) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete. (vii) Chain link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm and dia of wire 3mm complete. |
