So For Cctv Mcp Maint-Services towards checking of M Long Description: Scope of MCP, Smoke Detector and Fire alarm system status from Field Panel to DCS and Fire Station:In HPCL MR MCP and Fire alarm systems and smoke detectors are available as emergency response system. For uninterrupted emergency response vendor is required to work on these jobs on daily basis. a. Vendor personnel shall be available in refinery in all working days between 0800 hrs to 1630 hrs.b. Vendor shall depute man power to attend emergencies in Sat/Sun and Holidays if asked by concerned HPCL supervisor.c. Vendor person shall maintain healthiness of communication system status from MCP to Fire Station and Smoke Detector.d. Vendor shall check communication status of each Smoke Detector System, MCP AND Fire Alarm System everyday and report.e. Vendor shall troubleshoot the failure and assist in resolution.f. Vendor person shall maintain healthiness of Fire Alarm System and MCP communication status from Field Panel to DCS and Fire Station.Activities in vendor scope:1) Inspection/Checking/repairs of smoke detectors and manual call points installed at various places in HPCL, MR as per the asset list provided.2) Carry out monthly response checking(functional testing) of detectors/MCPs as per PM (preventive maintenance) schedule Functional testing shall be carried out in presence of Fire and safety dept. of HPCL, MR and contractor to obtain endorsement of the same from F&S team. All MCPs to be response checked once in a quarter and Smoke detectors to be checked once in a Year ( i.e. 1/4 of total in each quarter)3) Carry out physical inspection of all components including their mounting, cabling, etc and coordinate with those agencies to ensure that the jobs are done as per standard practices.4)The vendor shall arrange to provide services from respective OEMs of various systems in case they are unable to resolve problems on their own. OEM service engineer charges shall be paid separately as per relevant line items.5) The scope of Job also includes replacements of faulty Smoke detectors and MCPs.6) Contractor must be available for the trouble shooting of the above mentioned Fire alarm system within 24 Hours of Intimation, Services towards checking of C Long Description: Services for maintenance of CCTV surveillance system maintenance and trouble shooting at HPCL , MR.i. Daily communication, interaction and co-ordination between various internal departments at the Mumbai Refinery, viz- CISF, HR, Maintenance and IT as well as external entities like the OEMs of the CCTV System.ii. Daily monitoring of the health of the CCTV System and its components.iii. Identification of problems in the Control Room as well as in the field.iv. Fully conversant with the layout of the plant area to ensure quick and effective response to any incident or break-down.v. Provide the initial first response quickly to any Alarm or Trigger and its subsequent escalation to the designated HPCL authorities.vi. Provide the initial first response quickly to any break-down of any component of the CCTV System whether in the Control room, datacentre or field and subsequently follow it up until resolution.vii. Attending to the identified problems and resolving the same in co-ordination with the CCTV OEMs and various departments of M/s HPCL.ix. Monitor and maintain logs and provide the same to the designated HPCL authorities on a regular basis.x. Respond and report to the designated HPCL authorities any incidents, events and security breaches with respect to the CCTV System.xi. Full awareness in concurrence with the HPCL personnel about the current and potential security threats with respect to the CCTV System.xII. Contractor shall maintain an attendance Register. The attendance register shall be daily endorsed by Concerned HPCL engineer. This shall be attached along with invoice/ Delivery challan along with service report for billing purpose.xiii.Familiarity with Indigo Vision Software, and experience on Video Servers.Xiv. Basic Networking knowledge required which includes using LAN Tester, FO Tester, Network Switches fault finding and FO/LAN Trouble shooting.Xv. Co- Ordination with other departments like Electrical, IT/IS, CISF, HR for various job related tasks.xvi. Experience to work on 230 VAC as some Cameras are on 230 VAC.HPCL scope:============a) Any Technical deviation/ clarification shall be sorted out with the concerned contact personnel mentioned below.b) Issue of Hot/Height/Cold permits, material gate pass.c) Supply of materials like Spares of CCTV Systems, Mounting brackets, stands , camera and networking accessories.d) PC/Laptop/Tools/Tackles/Internet/Seating arrangements etc., required for the carrying out the activities will be provided by M/s HPCL free of cost.e) HPCL will arrange for manpower ( Workers: electrician, fitter , welder , helper etc) for heavy jobs like support installation, camera removal, installation, scaffolding etc. However the job shall be carried out in supervision of Contractors Supervisor., Services towards monitoring an Long Description: Scope of supply for CEMS and CAMS communication related jobsAmbient and Stack Analyzer readings are being sent to CPCB server using various methods of communication such as RS232, RS485 Modbus and analog signal to TCP/IP. Communication is established between field stacks and ambient analyzers and data is posted over HPCL network through nearest IT racks primarily in CEMS stations.In HPCL MR 129 stack and 24 ambient analyzers data is sent to CPCB servers. Remote calibration of CEMS parameters from CPCB server is already in place. Data availability is to be monitored by vendor. These analyzers are installed over vast area over HPCL LAN with variety of hardware and network interfaces, it is required to work on these jobs on daily basis.a.
