Repair to the Blower of air handling unit at Eye prep area (Eye O.T) of GMCH Jammu by way of dismantling the Blower from the AHU by disconnecting the Motor connections from the motorand removing the bolts of the blower from the frame/foundation removing the belts from the motor and lowering down the blower assembly. Removing the impeller from the shaft and then shifting it to work shop for repairs by way of depositing the material on the shaft with the help of welding/brazing and making it to the required size on Lathe machine by turning, grinding and finishing including balancing with the impeller,fitting of new bearings-2nos to the blower shaftin place of damaged ones. Assembling the impellerand shaft and shifting back to site. Fitting it back into the slot and then refitting of complete blower assembly into the AHU. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro charges and testing the m/c on full load at site. Complete job.

Complete rewinding of 20 HP AHU motor installed at Eye prep area (Eye O.T) of GMCH Jammu by way of dismantling the motor from the frame, shifting to workshop and dismantling the motor, complete rewinding of the motor with proper copper conductor, repairs by wayof depositing the material on the shaft with the help of welding/brazing and making it to the required size on Lathe machine by turning, grinding and finishing and also P/F of 2 no bearings in place of damaged ones. Assembling the motor and shifting back to site. Refitting of the motor at site. The job includes replacement of worn out V-belts with new ones and alignment of the motor done. Testing of motor on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour chargesto and fro charges. Complete Job.
