Non-propotionate or abnormally higher quoted value for any of the supply items / system will not be entertained by the purchaser. In such case, mutually agreed propotinate cost of such items / system shall be taken into force without changing grand total quoted cost.

Bidder should read Scope of the Work & Technical Specification, carefully, and quote accordingly. The quoted cost should include all items & activities mentioned in Schedule of Qunatities. The Bidder should consider all the items / activities required for completion of the project and include cost of the same. No extra payment will be made at later stage.

Amount quoated against sr. no. 6 i.e. statutory clearances should include charges for liasioning & technical support only. The applicable statutory fees will be reimbursed by HWB subject to documentary evidences.

Payment against sr. no. 1, 6, 7 & 8 shall be made upon completion of the respective activity.

Payment against sr. no. 2 can be made up to 80% as per the actual measurement approved by Engineer-in-Charge subject to maximum of two installments.

Payment against sr. no. 3, 4 & 5 shall be made up to 80% of the cost of supplied items at the site.

Remaining payment of 20% against sr. no. 2, 3, 4 & 5 shall be released after completion of activity at sr. no. 7, i.e., Erection & Installation of the system.

All above payments will be subject to the condition that total installments of payment shall not exceed six times till completion of the project i.e. successful commissioning.

Payment against sr. no. 9 shall be made in maximum four installments (quarterly payment).

Charges for Electricity & Water during Operation phase shall be reimbursed on monthly basis subject to documentary evidences.

Please also provide quotation for O&M of the plant from 2nd the 10th year (i.e. total 9 years) in a separate excel file (format uploaded with this tender with name \"Financial Quotation for O&M beyond one year\"). This quotation will be indicative and shall not be considered in the price bid evaluation process. The assignment for continued operation beyond one year shall be subject to mutual agreement between Surat Municipal Corporation and the successful bidder. Decision of Surat Municipal Corporation shall be final in this regard, no claim shall be entertained against this. HWB shall not have any financial liability beyond one year of successful operation of the plant.
